FINALLY someone puts the props where they should be ABOVE the pilot. Nice work.
enjoy the noise and down drafts
@@BenState indeed! much more enjoyable than being chopped up if you fall over
@@BenState There seems to be clear plastic sheets in the corners to shield drafts.
@@whatswilldoing7293 nothing the hovercraft industry hasn't solved
@@codetech5598 no good for noise
very steady and stable !!!
I really liked this project...
AWESOME work thanks
Nice to give the technical data!

best drone car i see, please make more videos
Love to see more
I really like this
Excellent sir 👍👍👍👍
Wow it is so wonderful
The most effective mode of flying is wing-borne, exploiting the high lift per drag ratio of the wings, so these "personal aircraft" eventually will need to transition to a wing borne flight. Fighting gravity all the time with 4 smallish propellers is aerodynamically very inefficient. I got that an quad-copter is easy to develop and build, but nothing beats the hovering efficiency of a single rotor helicopter if hovering is your goal. High aerodynamic efficiency is the most important especially to electric aircraft, to alleviate the low specific energy of current battery systems.
Well, people have nothing against wings as far as efficiency goes. The problem is they make an aircraft bulky and require a runway. Now you can use small wings and compensate by increased speed (like the Cri-Cri) but then the high speed and twin engines require different licensing, etc.
Are you familiar with Robert Carr's "Internal Wing Aircraft"? rexresearch.com/carrcoan/carrcoan.htm
@@codetech5598 I've seen it before, Carr's claims are a lot of crap, the proof is that his wing is applied only to toys. Most such a closed structure wing can do is to improve Oswald efficiency number, but it can be done better with other methods, e.g. as increasing aspect ratio.
Small, efficient wings and transition from VTOL, now I like what you're talking. This opens another can of worms, the rotor size. To be hover efficient, a VTOL aircraft needs large rotors - having low disk loading, otherwise the power demand is very high. However, large rotors are detrimental to wing borne cruise performance, a conundrum of all VTOL concepts, since the creation of the first VTOL aircraft. This was recognized early by NASA and other corporations, a representative study in the field is "Dynamic Model Wind Tunnel Tests of a Variable-Diameter, Telescoping-Blade Rotor System (TRAC Rotor), Evan A. Fradenburgh, Robert J Murrill, Edmond F Kiely" link: apps.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/771037.pdf
A variable telescoping blade is hard to engineer, proved not feasible for tilt-rotors as V22 and AW609, maybe it works for smaller, personal aircraft. I think a better approach is to use a wing specially designed to generate lift in hover, the conventional wing is dead weight in hover anyway, to augment the rotor hovering lift as in these aircraft concepts: czcams.com/video/tID7wEP1a-4/video.html
@@aliptera Hover? Why do you need to hover? You just need to get off the ground high enough to clear obstacles and then fly forward using the wings.
That is an airplane, we don't want airplanes, we have a lot of those, we want flying cars.
Have you seen the Chinese drone video with CGI passenger? lol. You clearly have confidence in your equipment and it works as described.
Well done.
Great work! What propellers size you used? (1,2 x 6 would be =47" diameter?)
क्या बात है कमाल कर दिया
Weight balance is very nice.
Muito bom
amazing
With the payload under the props the entire system is more stable
Yes, i Need this
Nice and stable. With all that weight it must be a nightmare getting it to fly stable.
Ehang is in Nasdaq, flyover machine.
Chou de bola👏
Time for a generator + some light control surfaces.
Mod the controller. Wire in a throttle and physical stick. Very easy.
More powerful motors, the max passenger load is only 80kg or about 175lbs
@@roberthunter4884 Im going to go for U15's
Super
are construction plans available? or the list of necessary components thanks
if PDB (power distribution board) and FC (FLIGHT CONTROLLER) for this type of motor like this where do you buy it? thanks
How many volt batteries you have used
Cool
Hi. Send features of Motors, esc, battery, propeller etc
bravo. molto bene- gli manca un ala rotonda tipo disco volante. flying saucers
Hi sir surly it's great work...can I ask you something about it sir please 🙏..what the type of Motors that you used it and ...time of fly..and can I programming it by arduino as the small normal drone..
Thanks sir and I hope that I'm not annoying you 🙂
❤
Flight controller/ stability unit?
Самое главное- пульт не выронить)
I would like to build one of these. Any docs and parts list would be helpful
there are all the videos
Too great of risk because of lack of redundancy for this to ever become a commercial product. Current configuration with additional pontoons would be fun water sports toy, though.
Where can I buy one of these
Wich motor did u use?
Evolution
What is the hegiht it can up
Looks like you can put mitresaw or chop on it XD
Sir which flight controller is used? And how is the connection made?
Thanks in advance
Ski wookong
I want more learn from you
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
Hi man where i can get this motor and what is the name of the motore?
Yours battery is on wrong place...put them in the center of mass and down! You will have better stability...great work!
It's about the most stable I have seen. And if he moves the batteries he will have to re program it too.
How high and how fast?
in future every person have personal helicopter
How much money we need to make a complete new one sir
what flight controller?
I wonder what the flight time is? I never see one fly for more than a few minutes in any of these manned drones.
Ya, I wanted the see the world from 6 foot, I'd walk around
It is really beautiful and I do not understand why strong countries do not invest in the issue to start producing a real alternative to cars.
Because it is not a real alternative to cars. It is a toy. It is good at being a toy. For commercial applications, it's expensive and has poor capabilities - 80kg, 10 minutes single-way range @ 30km/h? there is no market for that.
do you sell the plans? parts list? i want too also build one
Send me a Email to an.dian@freenet.de
I think One day, human will defeat gravity by just magnetik power
rite
Sir..this drone parts ..where are you buy ...please talk me
i need this moter
What is the name of motor?
What are the diameters of this Drone?
Any new videos? You're obviously on the road to greatness :)))
Will follows
@@andreasjanssen8095 Sorry, not sure I am understanding..
Should be two engines stacked on each other for more safety. Right, the engines are where they should :) Jetson looks cool, but scary at the same time.

Please give me two Weeks I on vacation, thank you. I send all the parts and measure list
fantastic! how long does your battery lasts for each flight sir?
Do you use any flight controller??
of course LMAO (He's using DJI NAZA V2)
Cool but very unsafe, what happens if you loose any of the motors? You should have backup for each of the systems, contra rotation motors on each corner to backup if one fails? And so on, but still cool concept.
Id assume would need another whole motor and propeller not just contra props as would destroy the assembly if it let go /engine fails.
@@critterslee I did mean that a contra rotating motor and prop assembly to backup in case motor failure. You just would drive the remaining motor harder. But failsafe system to other controllers to balance out the hurt motor.
Can I have the design files?
Do you want to sell these in kit form in the US?
👍 505
mada lik da loja onde vc compro
BIG risk there! Many single point fails could send it to the ground.
Do you like yourself? Cause this is pure negativity !!!! The man made this from scratch what are the odds that he is aware of this possible problems you pointed out? Or maybe you got the the solution maybe a link to the fixes you made on a 3D program ?
@@tattooedteddy Settle down little cowboy, glasslinger was only speaking the obvious... single point, one blade faulting will send the AV to the ground. Using 6 blades is the simple solution, as it can stay in the air even if a double failure occurs. That is... if it is not side by side. Happy?
Very good point.
Bataiyga ya nahi
3 years, and no update.... hopefully it didnt crash.....
Hallo! welche Motorsteuerung hast du verwendet?
