If you notice, the design of her wings changes gradually from the first movie from a bronze brownish color to blackish brown and finally, black with a slightly longer feather in the middle of each wing, like the phoenix's itself.

I'm in LOVE with this video...amazing job to this editor and taking a moment to share it with us. I was one NEVER into liking Maleficent from the animated version but little did we know the true story of why the curse happened the way it did. Yeah maybe some people would disagree that she probably still would have had dark reasons of what she did to Aurora (and I mean through the animated version). BUT I love the live action reasoning behind it all, and Angelina Jolie was BORN for this role. Thank you again for making such an emotional and yet beautiful video for us all to see.
