With a special Adele World adjoining a purpose-built stadium, complete with a British pub and, in tribute to her German hosts, an enormous Oktoberfest-style Biergarten with horses and an oompah band, the woman of the hour was fulfilling the role expected of her.

She's developed into a great cabaret artiste, not quite as good as Shirley Bassey yet, but given time I could well see her up there. Cabaret suits her better than her former incarnation. They always say, Hollywood rubs off on everyone who lives there. It sure has on Adele.

Japan forced Koreans to come to the scene of the atomic bomb without any protective equipment. Japan is not the victim of World War II, but the perpetrator. Japan conducted live experiments on Koreans and Chinese people and forcibly mobilized them as Japanese Military Sexual Slavery for the war. The Southeast Asian countries invaded by Japan during World War II suffered the same damage.
