  • This is the 2nd part of our South African vlog series! We headed into South Africa's wine region to the beautiful town of Franschhoek.
We stayed at Le Petit Paris for 2 nights and then Auberge Clermont for 2 nights and they were both beautiful hotels!
We ate at La Petite Ferme and La Petite Colombe which were excellent. We also ate at Tuk Tuk Microbrewery and Bovine but I forgot to film these.
The wineries we visited were Haute Cabriere, Holden Manz, Le Lude, Maison, Eikehof, Paserene and Franschhoek Cellar. I think Le Lude, Maison and Eikehof had the best wine! Paserene made lovely wine cocktails that were so refreshing on a hot day!
Franschhoek is absolutely beautiful and a must-see place in South Africa!

Loved this . We are spending two nights in Franschhoek in July. You gave us some good ideas for meals. Will now look at your Cape Town videos. Thanks.

Hey! We made reservations for Haute Cabriere but didn’t make a reservation for Holden Manz and were able to get a table no problem. We booked the wine tram in advance to make sure we got the route we wanted as there are a few different options going to different vineyards ☺️
