- The remake of Myst sequel #riven has just been released and, as Riven Remake gameplay has got an optional VR mode, I'll be braving the heat to bring you a little look at Riven VR gameplay in action! This stream features Riven PC gameplay on a Quest 3 and it will also feature me getting really stuck as I complain about the heat.

This is why I love watching Ian's streams! I'm very analytical and had copious notes while playing Riven and was frustratedly pulling my hair out. Ian does things very differently and by how far he has gotten, is a great example of the strength of instinctive intuitive thinking. It's something I try to implement more in my thinking. Thanks Ian!

Ah man. Reminds me of when I got lost in riven!!
Riven requires you to be a student of it's world. A very demanding puzzle game, unlike any other.
Riven is my favourite of the old school myst games. Shame I haven’t got a machine that will play the new version.
They’ve simplified the fire marble puzzle a bit since the previous game. It used to be that you had to map the position of the domes on each island then place the corresponding marble in the grid at the position of its dome where it maps to the map of the islands. The grid looks a lot simpler now.
It's kinda hilarious how insanely hard the remake still is, even after making a bunch of the puzzles more accesible.
