    This video was a life saver, I was going nuts trying to figure out to add the inbound All TCP rule. Why isn't it default?

      yeah when we enable Public Visibility to Yes, they can show an info message related to inbound All TCP atleast

    For those looking to connect from local desktop to RDS private you may find creating a replica on a public subnet on a public security group that may solve the issue.

    I can't change my rds db instance to Public Accessbility. It only shows ' Public access Info', there are no options to choose. Why is this happening?
