I have had a lot of rot too, we had unexpected downpour then next day sun with quite a bite in it. Some of my less acclimatised ones rotted.
I lost some and others I hope will pull through. 🙏

I've neglected my plants also for a few months. My mum passed away back in September, and now I'm caring for my dad with dementia. I'm now trying to clean up my plants and lost a few to mealybugs, rain and those heat.

Wishing you and your hubby a happy and healthy new year. Hopefully he will be home soon and you will be able to spend more time relaxing with your beautiful babies. It’s currently winter here so mine are in the greenhouse just above freezing so I can enjoy some lovely cold stress colors when I can get out.

Liz you see those damed Oxalis in every country where there’s compost. The bulb let ones have 30+ baby bulbs on their roots and if just one is left in the compost it will be up again in a few weeks.
My hubby battling the dreaded C and I can’t think of anything else so well done you. You are a much an unflappable positive inspiration. Love to you both ❤
The oxalis seems to come free with the potting mix. 🤣 Wishing you all the very best with your hubby and hope gives that big C a big kick.

I’m also growing some succulents now & I’m pretty amazed cause you know all the names of your succulents. Still learning a lot so I put their names on too. Are you selling your succulents too? Mrs. Lizk. I have a Echevarria succulent (single flower) that has a died root, I believe. I bought it in the and of November on etsy with bare root. I keep it in Seaweed Humic Acid Blend for a night, pot it, but it is still no new growing roots and old root is the same. it just seat on top of soil. Would you please give me advice for this situation? The Echevarria is still looks healthy. Thank you in advance!
Depends where you live. During winter, some Echeveria goes dormant and stop growing. That's why it's best to buy them during spring.

Do you ever think you will get tired of your succulents??
As I get older and seems like time goes faster....I'll probably get tired of looking after them, but will never get tired of admiring and gushing over them.

My Metho solution is consist of 1 cup Methylated spirit and 1/4 cup water.
