  • Hi.
    I made this router sled for my cordless router. Every sled is very individual. For example mine is as small as posiible due to my workshop size. It is based on board 500x650 and 50mm high

    Hey there. Nice job. I was wondering if the router is/was strong enought to planer the board you put in?

      It is strong enough even i run it with deep passes but shallow ones are recomended. No signs of lack of power. If bit is sharp it leaves smooth finish

      I bought mine from china. The one with replaceable blades. Can not remember the model of it but I paid about 70 dollars for a bit plus 1 set of blades. Its 30 or 40mm wide with 4 blades. Its called flattening/surfacing bit
