One of the best episodes since the change in format, after the 1n2d episode. All of the guests were really engaging and cool. Heize is so pretty jfc
I never really watched Unpretty Rapstar so I'm not familiar with Heize as a musician but just seeing her and her vibe, I have to say, I have such a deep respect for her.
She's worked so hard to make her dreams a reality and I'm about to start supporting her.
Her songs are really good.
I didn't know any of these girls before but I thoroughly enjoyed their segment. Especially Heize. She's so likable.

One of the things i love the most with heize is her satoori. She just doesn't care. While other celebrities try their hardest to learn Seoul accent/dialect, she doesn't care to do so and outright lets people know who she is, how she is, and where she comes from. Just that simple thing tells people that she's down to earth, unpretentious, and the realest to a real person out of most of the celebrites.
My ideal of Curvy is Mamamoo's Hwasa. Just putting it out there lol

This show is finally getting fun again for me!! I wish i knew korean so i could so i could better understand the memes but all in all seeing them struggle and have fun makes it entertaining for me. The ladies were seriously so much fun. Cant wait for next week.

KimiHer95 You should be worried if you have a curvy waist lol. When people say 'curvy' they usually mean an hourglass-ish figure e.g. Wide hips, thighs, thin waist and a protruding bust. You can be curvy without boobs but you can't be curvy without a voluminous lower body. So Hwasa may have a small top but she has a skinny waist, wide hips and thick thighs (well thick for an idol) so she is curvy.

I've grown to like the meme corner as an extension of the Jun-Park War, but I really did enjoy it when the guests competed to be fed by a resident chef. I kind of miss acrostic poem contests.
As funny as this episode was and the guests were, my favorite thing this week was watching Park Myungsoo's Harley Quinn wig come and go from shot to shot. Bonus points for getting bitch-slapped off by Monika. XD

Forgot which girl group member it was but one said they would just starve like for days & eat once in a few days cause the agency would check everyday & if they gain all then they get food taken away. Even for Big Bang they passed through the same but lucky for them their manager thing would hide food in his room & they would eat
followtheflow2 its potato rice cake diet not potato chip diet but agreed some idols used to have a "cup diet" where they'd put only couple vegetables in a cup and that's all they'd have
Starving yourself like this is actually counter productive to losing weight (in the short run) since your body goes into "starvation mode" and tries to lose as little fat as possible so it can to "survive" longer. Obviously starving yourself does work after weeks/months of torture, but why do that to yourself when you can just exercise and eat right to attain an even better, i.e healthy, version of yourself? That is the kind of logic we need to society to get on! haha
There's society, and then there's the kpop industry, where logic and a significant number of human rights aren't really a thing.
It's not really a diet, just to prevent from snacking... it's also traditional (kinda) not to eat before going on stage so sometimes dinner or lunch is skipped... Nine Muse tends to be healthier than some groups (Jewelry member Yewon went on such an intense diet she ate grass, literal grass, off a lawn)

these diets never make sense lol. if I were going to be this extreme I'd eat something filling, nutritious and low cal like broccoli or oatmeal.
