Switzerland. Around two thirds of the country consists of mountainous or often inaccessible terrain. Considerable differences in altitude, narrow valleys and steep mountainsides. In order to navigate this landscape successfully while on a military exercise or operation, mountain specialists are needed. In Andermatt, in the heart of the Alps, the Centre of Excellence for the Armed Forces Mountain Service has been training mountain specialists for over 50 years.
The mountain specialist can plan troop movements in difficult terrain, ensure the route can be used safely and guide the troops in the high Alps. All this while constantly observing and assessing the weather conditions and alpine hazards. His wide range of expertise and versatility make the mountain specialist essential to the Swiss Armed Forces - to support his own troops and a variety of other people in Switzerland and abroad.

Déjà mercii haha ça le fait super plaisir que mon "film" t'aies plu !
Du coup ça a été assez simple niveau matos haha
J étais au plus light et au moins encombrant ! Donc GoPro (J ai utilisé la héro 5 session mais avec des plus récentes tu peux faire bien mieux) et un DJI Mavic Pro (première génération de Mavic). Sûr le drone aussi tu trouves plus léger et petit avec une autant bonne voir meilleure qualité mais ça m'a toujours amplement suffit.
Les plans de la caserne ont été filmés au DJI Mavic 2 Zoom mais peu importe.
Du coup au final pas besoin de la crème de la crème du matos pour faire de belles images 😊😉

Hoi, cha mer au als Gebirgsspezialist usghobe werde ohni grosse Chletter Erfahrig im Gebirge? Ski-Fahre chan ich jedoch sehr guet
Einige klettern Erfahrungen wären besser aber nicht obligatorisch wenn du deine RS im Winter machst !! Du kannst an die Selektionstagen teilnehmen und probieren !! Es war die beste Erfahrung meines Lebens 🤩😜. Du musst aber ein bisschen Seiltechnick haben.
Du söttsch i de Kletterhalle mindestens 3C klettere chöne, isch aber machbar.

I wanted to focus on what makes us different and special from the other troops of the Swiss Army, but yeah, we are part of the infantry, so we know perfectly how to handle our weapon.
To conclude, as said, I found it not so interesting to include weapons because there are already plenty of films showing them, but not that much of the Mountain forces.
