- Charlie Sheen returns for Season 12 finale of Two and a Half Men. Charlie wasn't exactly scheduled to make an appearance, but the series producer and creator made room for him anyway. Congratulations to "Two and a Half Men" for twelve years of entertainment. Charlie Sheen is back making movies and so is Ashton and Jon Cryer.
The show died when he left...
Not at all, it had another 4 good seasons, it was a nice break from the same old drunk charlie.
Nick Dawn agreed
Gareth Miller 0the first 2 seasons w Ashton was good. After that show went to shit. Charlie was still better
Nick Dawn viewers went way down hill it's proof the show was dead without Charlie
The show never even existed
Chuck Lorre you lost dude. Charlie said your show wouldn't be shit without him, and he was right. No one watched that shitcom after Charlie left.
lore is health charlie has hiv not exactly wining
bisquitnspanky LOL why u so mad?
bisquitnspanky I would still be watching to this day If Charlie was still in go the fuck on with that shit
bisquitnspanky wow so hostile what's wrong did a tramautizing event happen to you?
Dabber 234 same here i only watched it cus charlie was funny asf when they cut him off i stopped
Says a lot that 4 years after being fired..Charlie Sheen was still the central character to the very end.
Too bad about his mental and drug problem though ):
The character was Charlie Harper, not Charlie Sheen.
@@tracejohnson5519 might as well go by the same name
Totally true, you don't speak/remember what isn't important; the mere fact he has to talk about him, even with rage, just shows Charlie did win
Nah, I'm pretty sure it was Charlie Sheen.
Two and a half men has only 8 seasons and an open ending..
@@TheCeraization if I don't watch the seasons without Charlie, they don't exist as far as I'm concerned. I keep hearing it doesn't even feel like Two and a half men anymore without Charlie and I'm not about to ruin one of my favourite shows, that's also why I didn't watch Terminator Dark Fate, and the latest Ghostbusters.
@@yannicknaert I couldn't watch TAAHM without charlie so for me too it has only 8 seasons
And the ending is Charlie loving Rose just as she is, like she loved him just as he is. Like he said, "I see it now." I'm so pissed they got together, but we never saw their happily ever after. And that cartoon of Paris is NOT it!
After I bing watched season 8, I was concerned about keeping watching the rest of the four seasons left, and I was also curious about what the show would be like with Ashton Kutcher, if it'd be better off without Charlie, but it wasn't, and I was surprised it got sorta fun in some episodes, but it wasn't the same thing as when we had Charlie, and watching this scene, I realized I should have stopped when I was still on season 8.
@ Charlie is one of a kind and a painful reminder of what men are really like. We live in a snowflake culture that demand men to give up their "toxic" masculinity in exchange for victimhood. The reason why Charlie Harper works is because Charlie Sheen was playing his authentic self in that role. I said it many times before, when this man dies it's going to be a much greater loss than most of us realise..
the first piano falls and kills charlie and the second one kills chuck... so i guess what they were trying to convey is that when chuck killed charlie.. he sort of killed himself (the show) too..
yeah i thought the same. It was a shit ending but nice move, to accept he fucked up by kicking charlie from the show
And by Winning he meant Loosing..
Yeah
Oh daaamn that's deep.
And then he said winning cuz Charlie said he was winning but actually wasn't, haha damn
Damn that's really deep. I don't realize that to the moment i read your comment 👀
I was asking myself "why does a second piano falling down on Chuck. But your right
that show was never the same after Charlie left
Justin Myslive true...
Justin Myslive captain obvious
I knew it wouldn't be...I mean Charlie Sheen vs. Ashton Kushner is a no brainer.

The worst ending to one of the greatest sitcoms of all time.
One of the greatest???? Did you see the last 4 season.
@@ishmael802 I’m pretty sure the nr99 fella is talking about the good seasons with Charlie in them…
Not as bad as how I met your mother...
@nr99 Familiar sound: Game of Thrones : )
"one of the greatest sitcoms of all time" *laughs in seinfeld*
Worst ending for a sitcom EVER!
didn't expect the legend to be here
This ending was a colossal 🖕to the audience.
However hopefully this'll set an example for future sitcoms on how NOT to end them.
Game of thrones would like to debate
I did not expect Alvin-Earthworm to be here. But yeah, worst ending to subjectively the best sitcom ever. Too bad the show went downhill after Charlie left, hence why I stopped watching it after season 8.
Yuo
Hate this ending
Whuzupyoda yes this was a terrible ending to the franchise they could have least bring him back in the finale instead they gave us fake Charlie instead totally disrespect the fans
rayshawn howard he didn't want to for back he turned them down
+Richard Dweck because they insisted on killing him off right away
I didn't like it at first but after the third time I realized movies can't allow crime to go unpunished.
rayshawn howard No they tried to bring back Charlie Sheen back for the finale, but he didn’t agree with the script so he decided no to do it
Wtf worst ending ever
@Juan Pablo Torres I agree with you its worse then the How I Met Your Mother ending which sucked really bad also.
Man ik wym that ending basically ruined the whole show for me and himym was horrible but tbr the story did revolve mostly around robin so its kinda full circle that they end up together I like to pretend neither of them Happened
@Fake Name I think it was ruined after Charlie left the only person I like after Charlie left was Alan.
Justin Katsopolis yeah that's why I think they should have ended it when Charlie left the show
@Fake Name What did you think of Alan? I liked Alan but his chemistry with Walden sucked but his chemistry with Charlie was amazing. Did you know they asked John Stamos to replace Charlie Shen but he said
"I Don't Want to Replace Anyone, Especially Charlie Sheen"
I think it would have been a better choice if John Stamos instead of Ashton Kutcher Ashton Kutcher does not provide the same comedy that Charlie does but still they should not have gotten rid of Charlie. But John Stamos was good in Full House do you think John Stamos would have been a good choice?
The show was never the same without Charlie Sheen
Chuck Lorre hired Charlie Sheen and then did not assumed anymore that he hired Charlie Sheen ! .... What a puss.
FACTS!!!!!
I was shocked when I learnt how many seasons it went for after Charlie was gone, I like Ashton but he was shit in this show compared to Charlie.
yeah and Two and a half men ended on february 14, 2011, not on february 26, 2015. After season 8 ended, it became something else
this is the biggest middle finger on a show's ending
To chuck himself though. He was insinuating when he got rid of Charlie then killed him off in the last episode he killed himself as well. Because the show wasn’t half as good with Ashton taking Charlie’s place.
HIMYM is still worse
Stupidest ending I hate the fact that they did this and thought it was actually funny
@@212mochaman ending on HIMYM is bad but at least it was a good show throughout it's whole run
How I Met Your Mother got it worse, but not by much.
You end a 12 year long show like that!? What a shame
Just watched the episode now for the first time, and I couldn't agree more!
It wasn't all there fault..they should have just ended the show when Charlie died he had already had his happily ever after with rose even tho she nuts
.
Nothing but pathetic ego on chucks part
Fake Name they just wanted to milk it for another few years. After the ratings started to drop then they decided to end it
Ugh. This is how they end Two and a Half Men? Terrible.
In a Big Bang
@@scarface5487 No no silly that's how the show started. 😉
Cyrus Irani turns out it was mucch better than this or himym
It's so nobody will try to buy the rights to the show and restart it... because it's going to be hard to explain away Charlie's death.
for me it ended in season 8.
This show should have ended after Charlie left
Agreed!, it's awful replacing him, their could be a reboot, if Charlie somehow bought the rights of the show , then takeover on production
This show should HAVE NEVER ENDED! Hope they start it up again. Best, well written, clever script EVER. Charlie Sheen makes it all happen! Everyone, let's all band together to get the show with Charlie BACK!
shoreguyeast that
Will never happen 😢
Tbh I really liked Walden
I liked it till the end..even if the last episode wasn't funny 30/9/2020
The point of the ending is Chuck Lorre was being ironic. He's aware that nobody won - hence the pianos 'killing' both of them
I agree, nobody won
@Anne Liesveld stfu
Sheen said winning(sarcasm) when they fired him
He just admitted that by killing (firing) Charlie, he just killed himself (the show).
Well said.
This should come up in one of the worst finales of all time. A 12 year old could do better.
Samaddar Shubham he (the director) was jus pissed at Charlie so he wanted to make sure everyone knew he was bigger than Charlie
well yes, show went downhill after sheen left, then this finale was just horrible, just flushing a toilet on a great series that ran way to long, should have ended it after it's star left the show.
I know; the whole finale was great until the last minute. I looked it up; they did have more of a Charlie scene in mind, but Charlie Sheen didn't like it so he didn't agree to do it.
The piano killing Charlie followed by the piano killing himself signified that when he killed off Charlie from the show he killed himself (the whole show) so it was a good ending imo
what about GoT ending now?
This is obviously fake. The real Charlie would of been so high on coke, he would of dug himself out of the piano debris and went clubbing that night.
you my friend have won the internet today
so total fiction jefferson
Jefferson OGR Stop spreading misinformation. Chuck Lorre wanted Charlie to come back and do an anti drug ending while making fun of himself, while Charlie himself wanted to come back and announce a new series with him and Jon Cryer, the Harper brothers or something. They had disagreements, Charlie dropped out and eventually this shitfest happened.
The real charlie would've probably been sitting on the couch the next morning drinking a martini
It's would HAVE and GONE clubbing. No need to thank me.
I cannot think of a worse way to end a 12-year run of a show.

@@sanaraallen7148 yeah I was mad ass hell when they ended it I was like end it gradually over 5 more seasons instead of trying to cram all that into one season to make it it make sense
@@Anonymous_joe445 and the plot of the ending. It makes me sick everytime I think of it.
Charlie Sheen was offered to actually appear for a cameo here in which after he rings the doorbell, he would look at the camera and go on a maniacal rant about drug abuse and how he’s invincible, in which he is then crushed by the piano. Chuck Lorre thought it would be best for him to be crushed too since Charlie didn’t come back that way the audience can somewhat be pleased.
Charlie instead wanted a heartwarming scene with him and with this, it would lead into a spin-off show idea called “The Harpers”.
I wish the final scene was heartwarming. Seeing Charlie meeting Walden, Charlie getting to meet his daughter, and even finding out that Jake is married and has step kids.
They turned Jake into a cuck 🤣
Yea, but Chuck Lorre is an az sucking piece of mierda who wanted to humiliate Sheen with that stupid az ending instead of appreciate the $$$ Sheen brought him and pay him a little respect much less let bygones be bygones and move to the next phase of a profitable franchise.
without Charlie 2.5 men sucked..
Brandon Martin I hated the show even in the Charlie era.

Two and a Half Men ended when season 9 started, end of story.
For me, the 8 is the season finale.
You mean the show died when season 9 started
The first 8 seasons of this show were pure comedy gold.
I lost all respect for Chuck Lorre when he left CS leave. His ego was more important than the fans and the art.
FavreianVengeance How would you like to work with someone who acts like a diva and treats co stars, crew and the director like shit? Charlie messed up, he should be blamed
Yeah but he could've stopped there, ruining the show and that's an understatement was the worst idea possible. He could've wait out a couple years until charlie sobered up, but he decided to kill the fun and milk what's left.
What art?

Same here. Just finished season 8 and episode 1 of s9 starting scene. Now in doubt should I carry watch'n the show
@@faisalmuneerone Dont, I literally stopped watching after s8 finale. In my headcanon, Charlie manages to live a happy life with Rose in Europe, while Alan gets to keep the house on his own and marries Lyndsey, he gets later divorced and travels to Europe in order to find Charlie and live with him (again)
@@faisalmuneerone So funny, me too. Exactly the same XD
Why do you think a piano landed on both of them?!?!? Lorre was trying to make a point--with this feud... THEY BOTH LOST.
or maybe charlie stopped time, went on to grab another piano and landed it on chuck
Dane Youssef still isn’t a satisfying conclusion. Also given the fact the show continued for 4 more seasons (with the season 9 premiere being the most viewed episode) I can’t really say Lorre lost
Kyle Campbell’s show can continue and still suck

*Things come FULL CIRCLE:* Charlie took over for Michael J. Fox on the show *Spin City* ....... and the show tanked. Charlie got his own show (Two and a Half Men) and enjoyed tremendous success. The show was taken over by Ashton Kutcher and then tanked. The lesson to be learned here (which nobody will of course) is that you can't replace a main character in a sitcom and carry on with the same show. It doesn't work.

Charlie made this show FUNNY, with his brother and nephew. Once he left, it just wasn't that funny at all. I stopped watching it.
Mike Julz and the kid was older DUMB and ugly so the half of man thing was played out anyway
I totally agree, Sheen made that show what it was, I own the first 8 seasons on DVD only, because Ashton Kutcher's character was really dull compared to Sheen's, he's not a bad actor by any means, his character was.
I watched all episodes best show ever but i'm sad now bcz i don't have anything like this to watch :(
so did everybody else
A proper finale would've been never introducing Walden, and keeping Charlie. My idea would be that Jake turns 18, and Alan no longer pays child support to Judith, so he can live on his own now. The series finale would be Alan finally moving out and would either end sadly with the two brothers never seeing each other again, or happily with Charlie telling Alan to stay living with him
Not bad
I totally agree! That would have been the perfect ending to the best sitcom ever!
A very powerful formula for any raunchy sitcom, instead they decided not to throw the pies 🥧 🤡 🤦

or he could have used some Walden plots in Charlie's story, like him adopting a child, pretending to be poor to see if a girl really loves him etc.
I always waited for Charlie to return and ask Walden Something like "what the hell are you doing in my House?" Followed by either a Party with lots of alcohol and hookers or him making fun of Walden and his pathetic lifestyle (from his point of view)

It's so sad that the show took the turn it did. This show was so great that they could have been doing this even now in their current age. The chemistry in the acting and humor of the cast was so awesome. They could have had more episodes and always bring new great adventures to the show, because this is real life things people go through like single parenting, children growing up and becoming adults, people like Charlie deciding to stay MGTOW and all the other characters in the show had a story of their own. They could had been richer now with all the on going episodes. Those issues with Charlie in real life could have been taken cared of and dealt with on a separate platform and kept the show going while counseling Charlie Sheen. Their mistake was that they used the show's platform to put Charlie's personal life problems on the spot light like if the other actors didn't have problems of their own. We all do really. We're all humans and we're not perfect, but we can work our way to better ourselves if given the chance.
But the show didn't put Charlie Sheens issues on display until way after Charlie Sheen did it himself. He has always been known to party with hard drugs a prostitutes like old school Robert Downey Jr. was, but when he became highest paid actor on TV he went on a big binge. There was the Christmas incident where he beat his wife Denise Richard's and cops went over cause he was on a several day binge threatening to kill her etc. Then there was the prostitute in another incident he locked in a closet while at a hotel on a drug binge cause he thought she stole his watch. Then he left his wife and kids and publicly moved 2 porn stars in he called "The Goddesses" and openly did interviews talking about their drug fueled sexcapades. He started doing ALOT of interviews where it was clear he was through the roof fu*ked up and in those interviews he started bad mouthing the show, the cast, and of course Chuck Lore. They honestly tried looking the other way and really let him act a fool for months, lol he even HAD A TOUR LOL!!! where he was going city to city talking shit and getting fu*ked up! Lol!! He was a madman on the loose!!! Lol!!! Eventually I'm sure everyone from the network executives, to Chuck Lore, even the cast and crew probably saw he was destroying himself. He was the highest paid actor on TV at that time and it was like Biggie said "Mo Money Mo Problems". This man got that check and blew it all on prostitutes, drinks, and drugs, and when he would be high in the sky he ran his mother about everyone and everything. He bit the hand that fed him and sad to say it got him replaced.

That show got stale a couple seasons ago , the finale won't be any different.
I would’ve been okay with it ending with a cliffhanger. Charlie rings the bell Alan and Walden opens the door, smiles to see him then looks scared cause Charlie threatened them then fades to the credits.
The show had a good run when it had Sheen; eight seasons ain't bad. Sheen and Cryer were perfect foils for each other. In addition, the writing was clever, and it had plenty of amusing regulars -- Jake, Berta, and Rose were great -- and guest stars.
I never understood why they couldn’t at least make Charlie’s death at least somewhat dramatic and realistic
I love two and a half men! I watch all the reruns every night 6 days a week! I really wish I would have never ended! Or bring Walden back! But Charlie was better!!!
The show has the best plot and character development when sheen was on it no doubt although season 11 with Ashton Kutcher wasn’t awful... I enjoyed some of the episodes. But that ending was so bad, it’s almost like they gave up on the show. So sad to see a good sitcom end like that. That guy who killed by the Piano at the end of the scene is not really Charlie Sheen, it's a stand-in because stand-ins never show their faces and the real Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre never truly got along.
Martin Nguyen No kidding....thanks for clearing that up....
No way!!.....We had no idea...
omg you are so sharp
jenntip nice 1 !!! hahahaha
Martin Nguyen in India we call brilliant people like you a "Chutya"
I think Lorre made that ending because he had knew that he lost, he knows thats the show was never the same without Charlie, thats why a piano falls in him too
Charlie and Chuck Lorre now works together lol
Since I liked Two And a Half Men alot, despite the ending to this finale. I am trying to make a reboot series of the series.
This is the most off the wall shit I've seen in a sitcom. Amazing.
This show had 8 damn funny seasons. ❤️
The show has 12 seasons
@@dominicsdailyvlogs178 But only 8 of them were funny.
@@ashwitmoro The 10th season was the best Ashton season, along with 9, 11 sucked, and 12 was alright
I find it hard to understand how a writer that spent 12 years building up characters, relationships and dynamics can end their journeys so emotionlessly and unapologetically... Baffles me...
This makes Dexters ending look good!😂
Dexter is back
