It's such a shame that by the end of this he said he hates AEW and tried to lunge at Tony Khan. People didn't like Punk and obviously conspired against him and wanted him out. Tony should have brought in both parties and laid the law down with Bryan Danielson and Samoa Joe. Punk was right - Hangman Page bringing up the Colt Cabana shit while Punk is bringing in the views and putting eyes on the product, he is actively and successfully bringing attention to AEW and the Young Bucks weren't man enough to just say, you know, we fucked up, we are sorry and we want to work with you in the future. Bring Omega in to make up with Punk then get the two to take all that backstage crap and turn it into a feud on TV.
If AEW wants to succeed they need to take those booking RISKS and stop making it so it really is the ALL FRIENDS WRESTLING with friends teaming with each other fighting friends who are friends with the opponents. Get the egos out of the door and get some men into the scene. You had gold there and you messed it up by not being The Boss of your own company and laying down the law. Punk was also in the wrong and needs to make up too but get all the egos out the door. AEW was designed to help ALL of you guys but I feel like the Young Bucks played a big role in kicking out Punk and now with Punk being all good with WWE - they've been exposed as "children". The guys who got over by basically copying The Rockers and HBK's superkicks -- aren't over anymore, are getting booed everywhere they go. They suck.

His promos read like a high school roast battle. They don't build to anything, they just inflate his ego. Physically he looks like a 45-year-old dad of three who occasionally works out. He's slow and sloppy in the ring and is extremely injury prone. It's funny that he's "straight edge" yet looks like a dumpster dwelling junkie. To only pull 800,000 viewers after his hyped-up return and the controversy surrounding him and the Elite is not a very good sign.
