Thank you! This does work. Just do exactly how he demonstrated. Hit the ignition button once, but do not start the engine. If u start the engine & try this, the test option menu will pop up instead of the reset options.

Ah, that's awesome that you were able to reset them! These have one of the more difficult reset procedures but it sure beats a visit to the dealer!

You're very welcome, BMW has one of the more complicated service reset procedures but most models can still be done with any special equipment or a visit to the dealer!

@@GarzaLovesYou It sounds like maybe the vehicle started, be sure to leave your foot off the brake pedal so the vehicle does not start through the procedure.
Ooops I replaced brake pads and try so reset and it’s showing reset unsuccessful. Can instead of yellow sign in getting red one and on the display it’s show brake with red letters . Plz help

I try to reset it and hold it down so it can proceed but it switches on to the next option to reset does that mean something is still wrong with my car
I would just try going through the procedure again, the BMWs have one of the trickiest reset procedures.

Hey brother when it shows engine light like that before start the car is it normal ?
Yep! That is a good way to make sure your check engine light is working, it will briefly illuminate when the vehicle is turned to the on position. If you are ever looking at an used vehicle you can do this to make sure the lights hasn't been removed or disabled. Please like and subscribe so I can continue making helpful videos!
