The US inches closer to war in the Persian Gulf. US Secretary of State James Baker visits Turkey and Great Britain. The 8th Marine Air is profiled in a report on the US military in Saudi Arabia.
The video ends with emotional college students screaming at each other in class over the prospect of war. I remember recording this and cutting it off at that point because they annoyed me. A preview of what social media would bring us.
