He did it wrong, the battery should never be glued or pried out like that; it can explode if you bend it too much. You should pull the elastic adhesive strips out and the battery will fall out by itself. And when you put a new battery in, you can use new elastic adhesive strips, but not glue.
My phone's back has slightly come off. I suspect it's a bulging battery and I'll need to replace it. But so much work is needed for that 😒 I cannot lose my phone, it has all my work information and authentication tools, so I will have to buy a new phone no matter if I repair this one or not.
