- My new summer iced drink obsession? Shaken espresso! Here’s the recipe:
- 2 tsp date syrup
- double shot espresso
- ice to fill
- milk of choice to fill - Jak na to + styl

Iv been experiencing horrible anxiety and panic attacks and had to lay off the caffeine but it is the only thing I still miss every morning!!!! I can do without soda or anything else with caffeine but oh do I miss coffee!!

Date syrup is an aquifer taste, they use it a lot in Israel and parts of the middle east. You absolutely do not need to buy it to make a shaken espresso- just use simple syrup or your favorite liquid sweetener of choice.
@@janesays1278 Or try out the date syrup to give something new a try. That's how I discovered that I love pomegranate molasses and pomegranate vinegar. I love all things Middle Eastern anyway, so I'm always game to try a new food from that region.

It is a normal cup, you can use it with the smaller cups as well for overnight oats..they are from crate and barrel
They're Working Glasses, my absolute favorite! I have some that I've had in daily use since the '80s! I have lost a few over the years, so I snagged two boxes of them when Costco briefly had them. I bought the originals at Crate and Barrel. They come in a few sizes, and you can get lids for them, like the one he used, which makes them great for storing things in the fridge. They're very sturdy and functional. Highly recommended! 😊

I’ve gone thru about 1.5 pounds of coffee beans trying to get my Diletta Mio to produce a singje stream from a bottomless portafilter. And even with my Eureka Notte, I’m having trouble getting crema. Not giving up. 🙏🏼😊

Instant coffee, the date syrup or any kind of sugar you like a very little warm water to dissolve the coffee granules and sugar together, then add the ice cubes and need to shake longer like 5-7 mins for this foamy goodness then add milk and enjoy

Is there any way to make one without caffeine? I’ve always loved the look and idea of drinking these types of drinks, but the caffeine really sends my emotions on a roller coaster.

Just be sure to put the ice in before you shake it. I forgot once and my shaker exploded. 😳
