Really like the approach of INEOS to signings so far, very calculated, lotâs of options and not offering over the odds for players. If we can get 3 or 4 over the line itâll be a good summer.
Yoro for 62mln is crazy. Especially since he was on last year of contract. What's more they offered him 150k per week which is huge for 18 yo old player. Hopefully he won't turn out like a lot of youngsters we signed recently...

@@mickbannerthe season prior he couldnât get near the pitch at city. Is that because he wasnât good enough? No, it was because they already had too many established players in his positions that he couldnât prove he was significantly better than.
I think the Ronaldinho comparison is that he has very quick feet, baiting the defender into thinking they can knock it away from him but beating them to it every time.
As a rival fan I wanted this kid at Arsenal hes very dynamic (seems like he could even play out wide) , excellent dribbler and first touch as well as creating chances hes like almost like a hybrid between Berbatov and Zlatan, seems very unpredictable in the box always does something less obvious .

yeah excellent dribble, but it seems he doesnt have the outright speed (yet?) to break out and counter , it could work in possession/position style scenarios though
when we have Jesus who is much better at doing this, it doesnt make sense. You could argue Havertz is also a similar profile. But defo a wonder player who would fit us.

Signing him gives me the same vibes to when Liverpool signed firminio. Itâs one of those where people ask âheâs good, but is he good?â and then heâs signed and everyone goes âOF COURSE HES GOOD, why didnât WE sign him?â United seem to have this in the bag (fingers crossed) and I am SO excited.

One of uniteds major issues last season was that our âplaymakersâ were in good positions but our attackers would only try to get in behind the defensive line on a Hail Mary. Hopefully this makes things easier for the wingers by creating some chaos

Thank you so much James. I was brought up with samba football and total football: Cruyff and Ronaldinho are amongst my favorite players. I was gutted when United missed out on Ronaldinho and am excited to see some of this with Joshua. Serie A is slower than PL so I am hoping he can cut it. I am wondering if United will play differently next season and play him on the right or left and/or possibly play a more fluid front 3 like united had with martial greenwood and rashford. ten hag liked martial for this and also Wout though out did not have sufficient skill. Love to know your thoughts
Don't get why there are not more Kluivert comparisons. Especially later career Kluivert when he would drop more. Combined with the obvious both tall Dutch strikers who score but not insane amounts.

Not surprised some of the top players from Mottaâs time at Bolonga are getting big moves. Players like Zirkzee, Calafiori etc. The same will happen with Leverkusen once Alonso leaves

Sticking with the theme of Dutch Masters a lot of Zirkzee reminds me so much of Bergkamp. That great first touch and the vision and understanding to create for others really reminds me of that. Hopefully he can show what he's capable of at United.

Copyright has ruined everything. That's why he's so reluctant to just play the clip. Videos like this would be a million times better if they just showed the clips instead of some guy talking over a freeze frame for 10 minutes where it's hard to understand what's even going on.
People comparing him to Weghorst are people that have zero football knowledge, comparing him to Marko ArnautoviÄ when he was at his peak I could understand. A big striker with a bit of pace, quick feet, creative, chips in with goals but not an out and out goal scorer. He'll help other players like Rashford, Garnacho, Amad and Antony play better by linking up with them and creating space by dragging players out of position.
