My ketu is placed in 4th to moon and accordingly, Rahu in 10th to moon. I just wanted to stay close to my home and work. I have changed 3 jobs and each different sectors. Now finally I got my workplace near my home which is 10 mins of walking distance from my house. All those time when I was away from my home for work, I was never happy, never at peace. I gave up lot of big opportunities in my career just to stay close to my House. All makes sense. My mental peace is always at my home as at the end of the day, I can come back home and relax.

Sir, this sounds familiar to the other underground technique which is not so discussed and i have been analyzing further combining it with Saturn's 10th aspect.
4th from Saturn. This 4th house from saturn is like 6th, 8th and 12th houses mixed together. Note that since its 4th then also carry significations of natural 4th house in some cases.
Native has an inner obsession to fix things related to this house/sign/planet but he also naturally stays detached about its significations. Because this is the karmic house where the karma is assigned to move to the dharma that is to be performed at Saturn's 10th aspect. (Notice 4th is opposite of 10th, anyway!). This is mostly easier house to be dealt but you tend to be more lazy and confused regarding it if its empty or without the sign of Capricorn, Virgo but it causes troubles and quicker karma clearings if there is/are planets in this house.
Saturn is said to be Karaka of 6th, 8th, 12th but without 4th house which is a house of storage of things we dont want to get in trouble, lose and let go of. And notice that 4th is 11th(desires) from 6th, which is a house of attachments as Virgos tend to be obsessive and dual about everything cause its the sign wherever its placed you think you know ''everything''. Mercury's exhaltation.
Any planet or sign 4th from Saturn will have to give back something to Saturn so that Saturn can trust the planet, sign, or better yet, the native. Mostly it is trust, hardwork, paitence, control etc but most importantly and symbolically its Moon's Light which it gets from Sun. Sun is said to be at its peak in 10th house and if we see the exhaltation house of Moon then its 2nd House.(5th from 10th) 5th is also the natural Light of Sun. Natural 2nd is also 10th from Natural 5th and Natural 5th is also 4th from 2nd. (4th being Light of the Moon).
Any planet 5th and 10th from Sun gets the Soul's guidance rather easily.( Check great gurus and Lord incarnated personalities birth charts). So Saturn wants native to direct its mind's energy back to him so it can transfer it to 10th house where karma is burned off(Sun's heat).
Example -
Lord Krishna and Lord Ram have Mars 4th from their Saturn in sign of Capricorn (Mars is also your enemies and mars gets debilitated in 4th house because it cannot fight with enemies), Like I said this 4th from saturn is like 6th, 8th and 12th together. Lord Krishna had to fight enemies of Dharma. (Capricorn in 9th with Mars). Opposite is 3rd house of Speech(Bhagvad Gita) in sign of Cancer(Motherland).
Lord Ram had to fight with enemies of/related to his wife. (Capricorn in 7th with Mars) Opposite is Cancer(Praja or Politics, seat of Raj darbaar). Notice that both had to let go of this 4th from Saturn house significations even if they won and public either questioned their actions or always misinterpreted them but regardless the natives will never understand themselves why they had to do it because things related to this house will in and out before you could contemplate.
Note that this house not always gives bad effects but there remains a certain attachment/lostness/detachment. 6th, 8th, 12th.
Problem arises when Moon is placed in this 4th from Saturn. These people are either manipulative or sincere but the fact remains that they dont realize which part are they playing in their life. Because here Saturn is either holding the planet or letting it go around until he thinks its neccessary and then until and unless the planet doesnt surrender the native has to depend on others for help in life.
I have noticed these people tend to show off a lot and never accept mistakes. As 10th from Moon becomes Saturn in this case so the native has same profession as their hobbies but they realize it in later time of life. (Like I said any planet 4th from Saturn will have to give it back for good or worse, cause 10th from it is Saturn, himself!.)
You may check that lot of famous people have this in their charts but not always for right reasons that they are famous in this world. I have checked more than enough charts and found that this placement causes severe problems to mother. Natives are detached emotionally or troubled by mother, are left early on their own in childhood, Mother is diagnosed with weird diseases, etc depends on Moon's sign and aspects conjuction etc. But natives will try to reconcile silenty with their mothers at some point in life.
If saturn is placed 4th from moon then natives may temporarily leave something in their life which eventually they will get back after lessons on it because Saturn's 10th aspect comes back at Moon. (Lord Ram's chart). Also politicians and famous internet celebrities have it.
I recommend to read Lord Shani's birth story about his mother to understand this aspect.
Overall, its a very deep topic to do further research on. 4th from Saturn is like storehouse which has lot of loopholes and you never know if you have mastered things about it in past life or you still need to practice more to move on to the 10th from Saturn. I have also noticed 3rd aspect of Saturn is like they Key to your Subconscious Mind, things you need to know to do right things in life, especially karmic, still native will eventually unfold it and will notice that its something he have been doing subconsciously but slowly all their life and native automatically gets rewarded by the house opposite to 3rd from Saturn by using it positively as the virtue of 9th being the house of bhagya.
Examples can be found by analyzing charts of great personalities like Lord Rama and Lord Sri Krishna and great Gurus of time immemorial. Here's one example of a normal human being. Sri Narendra Modi Ji. Saturn's 3rd aspect puts on Libra in 12th house and Opposite to it is Aries 6th. Few years ago Modi Ji traveled extensively to foreign lands(12th) to restructure India's relations(7th Libra) with foreign countries but he was mocked and made fun of(often subconscious activities of a human are misinterpreted by others) but later he was praised(6th) and got immensely popular in the world for his efforts. Popularity for himself(Aries).
Note : This technique can also be used to know about your Father and You/Karma - 3rd and 9th from Saturn. Then you may or may not add 1H from the 9H , Which is 10H again. As what you end up doing for/with/to/about etc becomes your dharma or Karma (9h) & (10h)

I have Saturn in 4h and aries moon in 7th house. My mother made my life miserable and at the end she suffered and received all that she gave. My sisters cut her off from me and I was busy solving my own problems running rahu MD and after 6 months I came to know all of them tortured her and the youngest one siponed off her money and threw her out of the house. She would come to me when in trouble, they blocked my call ana after retirement I shifted to rented house n she couldn't reach out to me but after her death I became very emotional and found myself crying every day which I could not understand cos she treated as very badly n I thought I will never ever have any feeling for her. it cant move without being hit by those rocks(karma) and get frozen by the ice(time of realization), though the rings are also made of water so people with saturn in 4th will eventually trust their depthness of accepting. these people will always not understand emotional matters with close ones(saturn here freezes your heart, and theirs) and put a brick on their heart and do things.
