China actually is the combination of both People Republic of China and Republic of China, neither are countries on their own, instead they are the two governments of China, China is a country that has two sovereign governments existing at the same time while declaring to be the real government of China. Because in PRC, PRC is not referred as China, instead it is referred as The Mainland, while Taiwan though fundamentally different to PRC is still part of China. So yes, Taiwan IS in fact a part of China just not PRC because Real China is 🇨🇳+🇹🇼 combined. This fact is supported by the One China Policy which both 🇨🇳and 🇹🇼signed, agreeing that there’s is only one China, ruled by two sovereign governments at the same time.
How about they should be divided into north and south like north Korea and South Korea? So PRC China has Beijing as their capital and ROC China has Nanjing back making the border sit above 50-50% And basically they should leave each other alone and focus something else while ROC & PRC China gives Tibet and Uyghuristan independence and ROC China hands back Macau and Hong-Kong to the UK and Portugal. I'm just thinking of ideas.
