I find that false. In Africa the corrupt governments who borrow from China just let them do a lot of bad things.
They have left babies with poor girls and refuse to accept responsibility. You go to most poor suburbs you will find Chinese looking children who are fatherless. Some are good but most of them are treating blacks bad. Maybe it’s different in China

You can actually get similar noodles at home.
Found a bag of instant noodles. According to it, two-thirds or three-quarters of the suggested time is boiled or soaked in boiling water.
Drain the water and add a spoonful of olive oil so that the noodles can absorb the olive oil when it is warm.
Then mix the sauce with one or two spoonfuls of China soy sauce, peanut butter and one or two spoonfuls of boiling water. If you have fried onion oil, sesame oil or fried garlic oil, you can add some flavor, and sometimes you can add a little sugar or Chili sauce or powder is also an alternative, depending on your taste.
Mix the noodles with the sauce. Then you get the final product.
It only takes five minutes. Pure carbohydrate enjoyment. Of course, the noodles you got in Shanghai used a specific proportion of alkali, and the taste may be slightly different, but my recipe can make you get a similar taste.
