Hearing these guys play this on their native instruments and in their native language really shows how Metallica has touched the music industry. This is by far one of my favorite covers of this song.
Some people argue that The Hu should stick to their original Hunnu rock misic. Don't worry, people! Their 2nd album is on the way, which would be all their original music. This is just their kick-off and promotional strategy to attract as many audience as possible. And, as part of this strategy, they have already covered 2 Metallica songs for Metallica's 40th anniversary. I am pretty sure that Remmstein would be their next target. Go for it, The Hu!
Some people must be in the minority though, Sad But True is one of the best covers of any track ever!
I don't think this is made for a marketing purpose, if anything "through the never" is an underrated song, they could have covered something more pop like "enter sandman" for that matter. if u notice this cover is very well made and layered as if it was an original track, which only would mean this band appreciates metallica as a band they grew up with. their way of giving respect to their name and their songs, which honestly is very respectable.
I say ignore those "some people" cause they don't speak for the majority. The Hu rocks!!! 🤘🤘
They can cover all Rammsteins and Metallica's songs for what I care this is amazing
Хөх толботонгууд байвал дараад явчихаарай.🤟
The inventor of the morin khuur probably never thought it would be used like THIS! Fucking awesome track!
"he inventor of the morin khuur" - hmmm, you mean the Morin Khuur was invented by some people other than the Mongols? Sarcasm aside, it was said that the Morin Khuur is the ancestor of all bow-stringed instrument such as violin. It started off by rubbing two bows together to make sounds as they say.
@@eaststorm1282 And that dude never anticipated it sounding like this.
I'm pretty sure that he knew how morin khuur can sound, cause our ancestor nomads made their music instruments trying to imitate natural sounds. There are so many ancient legends where string instruments were used to hypnotize people by performing unreal sounds.
Good lord this friggen ROCKS!
The Hu Is the best thing that has happened to music in the last couple of decades
Old Metallica + New Hu = Epic Night!
THEY'RE BACK BABY!

The Hu are always amazing, whether they're covering Metallica, making music for Star Wars, or playing their own rock. One of the best rock bands in the world today!

Kokh Tengri is with us ❤️
To the person who said that this song is a part of their promotional strategy, no, this is more of a tribute to the legendary album of one of their favorite bands. And I'm here for it, so proud of our brothers!
These Gents are rolling right thru the US Midwest blowing the doors off venues ! Their hard rocking, heavy metal sound combines perfectly with the traditional Mongolian Throat Singing to create a live show unlike anything you've ever experienced!
It's easy to see how The Mongols reigned over the largest Empire ever on Earth! 🤘🏼 Hu Hot! 🔥

The HorseMane&Tale (2strings&a bow) solo is superb to stir@uplift your soul and heart, Superb solo Mr.Enkhush!

My heart just exploded. Never been in love with any music band, but The HU is the most lovable and most admirable band i've ever heard ❤❤❤ love you guys ❤ greetings from Switzerland 🙋♀️
Me too. Now I know what it felt like when everyone was crying over the Beetle's and Elvis Presley. I get the same joy of tears for The Hu. Never any other band only The Hu they capture my soul
Saw them last night at Leeds. If you havent seen them put it as a priority.

The HU önce again has shown us that music is universal language and people from around the world add their own taste and culture to it. Hope to see you guys in İstanbul... @thehuofficial

Saw them this last Halloween. Was suppose to in my home town a week after everything shut down, but then it did... If you ever have a chance to see this band go do it!
What a great way to learn Mongolian! Awesome you guys!
No idea how many times i've played this now... but it keeps rising
They make the original sound like a cover.
I am a bit late to the Hu game, but I am enthralled and can't get enough! How are The Hu not touring with Rammstein yet! After watching Lindemann's Steh Auf, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and a bunch of Hu videos, I really need to go to Mongolia soon.
The Most Metal version from the Blacklist,,,you rockk guys!
This was by far the song I was most excited for off the Metallica Blacklist and this is even MORE badass than I expected. Absolutely awesome!!
The Hu is becoming my new favorite band.
That sound amazing ! The traditional instrument / throat singing on a 'Tallica classic sound great !
Metalica should start doing covers for The Hu songs.
@@bigreddodge can you imagine the long drawn out notes being turned into mongolian throat singing and then sharply vocalizing the next few lines of lyrics and then immediately back to throat singing for the long notes again all while a mongol remastering of the instrumental plays that would be fucking awesome
Much enjoyment here. Thanks for wonderful music. Greetings from 4 corners of the world. Navajo tribe 🇺🇸.
Such a perfect song for this band to cover...
tengrian metal rules !!... greetings from a spanian fan!...
GOD Wed the 15th cant get here fast enough!! We are seeing them live in Baltimore!! I saw them live in D.C. before the pandemic shut things down and am way hyped for this!! There two covers of Metalica will live in my playlist 4 ever!!

What is so amazing with the HU, they have hearts and souls and everyone can feel it, because they ´re HU - MAN BEEINGS
It was even better live yesterday
So proud of how well the Hu are doing. It must be a trip for them, coming out of Mongolia to be propelled to the world stage and working on projects with one of their influences as big as Metallica. 🤘🏻
If I was a UFC fighter this would be my entrance music 🔥
Check out Shinechagtga, he used one of The Hu's song in his entrance music.
Yeah, I was surprised someone didn't use them sooner. The only person I remember using them recently is Roxanne Modafferi. She's quite a character, and that earned my respect.
I just heard Hu for the 1st time at a concert. I did a search and found they did some Metallica song. My all time favorite band! What a. Awesome combination.
J'adore ce groupe il sont vraiment géniaux 🫶❤🫶
Absolutely badass
One of my favourite Metallica songs, being covered by HU. Best night for an allnighter
Metalhead since the 1980s. Y'all are awesome!
I don't have words...just un-f***ing-believeable! THESE guys...I don't how to explain it. To me, it was like listening to Klingon, but angrier, somehow more..appropriate for the song. I pray (and have no reason to think those prayers will not be answered ) that The Hu have a long and fruitful career. They've earned every accolade they already have. Apparently, they're just going to earn more...keep on keeping on, gentlemen, we'll be listening...
The best cover on the album!
I think this might be my favorite song on the blacklist
Loves from Turkey...
I love this band❤ I've already bought their The Gereg album. I wasn't disappointed at all! Every single song is perfect. And now they've covered my favorite rock band... TWICE....
Looking forward to buying Metallica's and this new one coming out 🤟😝👍
Love from Utah
This is so brutal, so strong, so extreme, so fine, so god. this is so Metallica, but Hu :)
Amazing Morin Khuur solo
I will not miss this one! I want to meet the band, i have a wonderful gift for them! In Las Vegas> NV. Greetings from the Navajo Nation, Arizona.
Greetings to our Native American brothers and sisters, I believe we have the same eurasian ancestors. Love from Mongolia
I would be your mother or grandma, i am 64yo and a great fan of yours with my grandson which is 2yo and we listen to THE HU and Metallica which i grew up listening too. You guys are so awesome and i am planning to go Las Vegas to see you all with my daughter. Love you guys: Betty Ann
Quelle super reprise !! J'adore ... J'adore The Hu !
As both huge Metallica fans, The HU and Apocalyptica should have a song together someday, I'd love to hear that!
Great cover. The Hu out here bringing Mongolia back to power XD
My son is 5 years old, at this age they fantasize a lot. He tells us a lot of small stories everyday. The ROCK&ROLL MONGOLS are the main characters in almost every story he telling us. He loves you guys :)
Cute
I actually love the name rock and roll mongols
You can tell what the language of rock is now. EXTRA with throat singing!
It seems he has a very creative mind, could become a great writer in the future.
