I noticed that horizon is perfectly straight in most of sequences. How did you get rid of FOV effect ? 4K resolution in GoPro supports only ultra-wide mode as far i know.
Awesome! What about post production, color correction, and encoding? Are you importing directly to your edit system or transcoding first? Looks better than most of the footage I've seen.
Great video. I just ordered mine today. So don't use the wifi in the gopro? Can you still see the video on a tablet without doing so or do you need the screen?

What settings did you use for the GoPro? Protune?
Did you shoot this all in Wide? How is the footage if you use Narrow or Medium?
I'm waiting for my Phantom 2 to arrive before I can test it out for myself, any thoughts?
I shot it all in wide. There is no 4k option for medium or narrow, also there is a bit of vibration in the propellers (I am waiting on a prop balancer in the mail) so wide is a better option for me because you don't see the vibration most of the time. DJI is great and easy to fly in areas with a clear view of the sky (helps GPS & stability) I have had 0 issue over the month and a half I have been flying.

I recommend the phantom if you can get a set up that offers fpv, you wont regret it. Either phantom 2 vision + or this gopro version.

Did you just set an ISO limit or are the manual settings on the four a lot better than the three? I noticed there's very little exposure changes which is awesome
I am not sure if the ISO was set on this one, this was the first thing I filmed when I got the Hero 4. You can limit ISO to 400 or 1600.
for the video transmitter you mentioned in one of your comments - is it an FPV add on from outside or did you buy it together with the drone? I bet you know it that your shots are simply incredible, but in my opinion you give too much time for each clip - may be I was simply impatient to see next great shot? But as I was told by one buy from BBC - for gopro videos "the less the more" rule ie plenty of short shots are better.. For nice and peaceful stuff like this it can be a bit longer... Anyway, thank you very much for a great video :)
you are right some of the shots are too long. I didn't think I would get so many views, and didn't put a while lot of time into the editing. Tbh

Awesome Video, I need a computer upgrade to handle the 4k video on my Gopro though. It just freezes when I work in Premier Pro. What sort of post editing as far as picture and colour adjustment did you do and what software did you use?

Did you need to balance the props? did you find that the Gopro 4 caused a lot more shaking/vibration?
I did balance them, there was only 1 that need very minor balancing, it made no difference. The gimbal is crucial for stability
Genaro Shaffer Every vid i see with a gopro and the phantom 2 its some what vibrating. That gimbal on the phantom vision + looks like a lot smoother, but that cam is awfull. Did u use the upgraded phantom 2 in this vid?

Hi!! Love the video! Wondering if you could tell me a few things... Could you please tell me what software you edited the video on, what the project settings were e.g frame rate, codec and what you rendered the final video out as etc also, what software you colour graded on.

Very nice! Do you use the original lens? You have no fisheye?
Original lens does't look like a fish eye if you keep the camera level (skyline in the middle of the screen.)

Great video. I see that like in most Gopro videos it is very slightly jittery/choppy. Is there a way to make it perfectly smooth?
Its sort of jello effect (shutter). Soms people use a ndfilter and got better results.
