I hear what Mr. Mosqueea is saying - but in a way, I think it kind of _does_ hide the name Evans. Years from now, will the vast majority of people who ever hear the name "Blue Sky" know that the old name existed and how it was tied to shameful event in US history? I think it would have been far bette to name it Mount Soule which doesn't hide the connection to the Sand Creek Massacre but rather changes the connection from a villian to a hero.
Its a name, who cares if it includes "sky", i think it is much better than naming it after a politician. Most people don't know who evans was... anyway.

@@DrinkKool-Aid Back in the late 1800,s and early 1900,s Southern Democrats loved to have most of slaves. But today they hide that history.
