Beautiful video. So wonderful to see actors looking relaxed and actually able to learn without fear/retribution from the teacher

Hey Rifica, check out our programs here: michaelchekhovactingstudio.com
In the fourth principle, what exactly does he mean by the techniques are connected like a web. Is he referring to the other techniques in the 5 Guiding Principles playing off of each other?
Hi Brady, Lenard is saying that within this acting technique there are many tools and aspects available to the actor. He is suggesting all the tools etc. exist as part of or connected in the "web" of what the technique offers. This is to say that to work one part of the technique is to be connected to what the whole technique offers. Does this help?
Interesting. Is his mention of energy bodies part of Chekhov or an embellishment of his?
I read Chekhov's book, and what this guy talks about is not what's in the book.
Michael had A FEW book
Yes it is, but your confusion is understandable, there is a lot of confusion and misunderstandings around Chekhov's approach. You can listen to Mischa speak about all of these things in the recordings of his master classes "Michael Chekhov On Theatre and the Art of Acting". Several hours of priceless material there.
