  • Hello all! I hope your new year started off great! đŸ„° Todays video will consist of kind of fast and aggressive tapping and hand sounds, such as hand flutters and hand snapping! I hope you enjoy! I also apologize for the camera angle, it is a little unflattering and lower than usual lol!

hey beautiful, listening to you talk about the autoimmune issues you're having - i fully understand what you're saying and i understand how big of a deal that is. My health issues started around the same age as you and im 24 now. I want to share this for some sort of peace of mind for you. I promise you there are ways to manage it once you figure out what it is 💖 Medication is such a hard thing to process because you're kind of like "well... why me?? why is this happening to me, and so young and there's no cure?!?!?!?" - i went through this - it was a really hard mental battle for me. I want to tell you that once you get past that, and accept it for what it is, you will probably have to test out a few different treatments for whatever it is that it ends up being. Once you find the right treatment for you which can take months to years, you won't care if its a pill or if it's a needle because you will feel so much better. You will feel as "normal" as you can and you will get a better portion of quality of life back. Of course there will be days where you feel extra sorry for yourself, and let me say - THAT IS SO VALID!!! It's ok to cry about it because it's so unfair. I have the gene for Lupus, but it is not active. I actively have crohn's disease, perianal disease and with those of these comes a lot of inflammation and arthritis so i feel you and you're not alone. A mistake i made in the beginning was comparing my case to other peoples. Honestly it is the worst thing you can do, everyones cases are so different that no one can really compare them at all. Just because one person might have it worse than us, doesn't mean we should feel any different about how painful it is for us because all our feelings are still valid to our specific case. You're never alone in this and there are so many support groups out there for these things.
As for the doctors delivery of possible outcomes for you - a lot of doctors are so black and white with these things because they look at it everyday. Just like how most large companies / governments will look at people / customers as a social security number / reference number or an order number instead of as a human being with a life to live - some doctors don't deliver the news to you as an actual human being with feelings. And im sorry you're experiencing that. It took me an entire year to find a doctor who wouldn't dismiss me and who wouldn't be so sterile. There are definitely good drs out there - they are just hard to find but you will find one.

Jade thank you so much for taking the time to say all that. I’m literally crying right now. You said absolutely everything. Like it’s so hard to process that the test was marked/positive and that it’s not something I can change. I haven’t fully processed it yet and I find myself feeling so alone and overwhelmed when I think about the future and I’m scared the pain will just get worse. But reading what you’ve said made me feel so supported and understood. I’m so scared but I don’t really know how to say that so I joke about it. But I really appreciate you so much. You have taken weight off my shoulders. And for the doctor thing you couldn’t be more spot on with that! I’m currently looking for a new doctor under my insurance and my mom is helping me find a rheumatologist and she is looking for someone who “seems compassionate.” So hopefully I will find doctors who can help me through this process. But seriously I can’t tell you how much this means to me. I really needed this. Thank you

@@beamingpeaceasmr1989 I just reread my comment and I was so eager to click send on it that I didn’t realise the typos in it but I’m glad you got what I was saying. Being so young and having this happen to you is the worst part because you feel like your 19/20 going on 80 đŸ€§ I’m glad my message to you could help even just a little bit right now đŸ«¶ - also I agree with you on the “joke about it”, im the same. It’s the only way to cope. Find the humour in it because without that it’s too hard to cope

    Hi Leah 🙂
I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I see that ASMR Jade has commented to you about her condition. Jade is an example of someone who has been given a diagnosis and decided that she is going to get on with her life despite her situation and even when she has her bad times, she smiles and continues fighting back. You come across as somebody who also will not allow a chronic illness to stop you.
You make great videos, and it's always good to hear how you are doing. I hope you have a peaceful Sunday and a good week.
