Elma الما it’s sweet, very crunchy and airy. I think all cookies tastes like sugar lol. But it has a slight vanilla hint and the cocoa is very nice. It’s more about textures than flavor. Think of it as a crunchy marshmallow

IN ITALY, there's a kind of meringue whit almond inside...they are really delicious and very easy to do!
Just need eggs and sugar textures can change if you use vanilla or lemon.

Can u pleasee try Lebanese food?? There's this thing we have that's called tabbule (تبولة ) it's basically a salad but we switched most veggies with others plus it's delicious with extra lemon juice and lettuce 😊😊
