Not a great game at all, but I did like the look of Griff and Eddy together, another couple of games and I think that will be an electric partnership! Happy with the result, hope we start to build momentum and kick on from here
Nice to see Arzani in the game. We need more of him.
A dominant display by Celtic but maybe overplayed with too many passes near the box , we need players that can make that extra yard to get a shot off from any angle , the longer the game went on at 1:0 you could sense Partick we're going to have a go and the final score flattered their performance but only because Celtic were not capitalizing on their possession.
A win is a win but don't criticise you team this is what Celtic is made of. Hail hail

We tried a new tactic after weeks off and won, comfortably. Dont let the pen fool you. Yes there are players possibly not pulling their weight or at our level but it's also good to see players like Tom,leigh,Jozo getting game time. I genuinely think we will have a stronger 2nd half of the season 💚
I wish lenny wouldnt keep saying we played great when we obviously didnt .Gerrard certainly is a serial moaner at times but when they play crap he has the decency not to pretend they played great stuff .

The football has been VERY turgid for a while now & it's been showing in our results, 2-1 against Partick, 1-0 against Sevco (by the skin of our teeth), 2-1 against Aberdeen, 2-1 against St Mirren, 2-1 against Hamilton, OPEN YOUR EYES mate!
You're letting your sentimentality & affection for Brown get in the way of what's STARING you in the face, and that's that Brown is crippling us a team in the middle of the park with his slow, negative play.

If you want to bury your head in the sand then so be it, the team has been on a downward slope performances wise for months now, soon those poor performances are going to turn into poor results, we need to find the biggest culprits for those poor performances quickly, Brown is a huge reason, he's too slow & negative in the middle, which brings our tempo right down.
We've been scraping wins, Aberdeen 2-1, St Mirren 2-1, Hamilton 2-1, Partick 2-1, Sevco 1-0 in cup (in which we were extremely fortunate our keeper was immense). You're either willfully or unwillfully blind but that's not my problem, your affection & sentiment for Brown is clouding your judgment.

It was not " a very good performance " - more spin from Lennon . Unless Celtic up their game big time then the league title is going to prove too much .

Was a farce,and Ref was to far away to see so how he's calling that I don't know!! Tho non the less was decent performance and griff and Rogic were superb
Loved the interplay between Griff and Eddy, should be tasty going forward! Not convinced by Taylor at all, could barely beat a thistle player, same before Christmas against Hamilton, need Boli back in ASAP

No confidence in lennon winning 9iar, he almost blew an 8 point lead last year if it wasn't for multiple last minute Edouard bailouts. The football under him has been beyond dire, he is clueless in squad management and game management, utterly pointless 5 mins for arzani, and 10 mins for klimala. I wished brown and lennon walked into the sunset with the treble treble and let celtic move on but as it stands, these two will cost us 10iar.
Peter lawell is ultimately responsible for hiring the cheapest option without even looking at other candidates by his own admission, that's what 3.5m a year gets us. Blowing 10iar will be devastating and the huns will be fucking sickening after suffering years of abuse, but hopefully it finally gets us rid of that scumbag tory bastard lawwell.

Let's see if he has learned from the two recent OF games. We're now in a part of the season where there's no margin for error and for Lennon's credibility he probably needs to win the next OF game in March with a dominant performance. He can't complain he's not getting money to spend to freshen up the team and if we lose the league this year he can't stay in the job. Benefit of the doubt for now.

Taylor needs more time & games however I don't think he'll ever be a decent KT replacement
Hayes gives his all but lacks quality

Hayes played at LB in our victory away to Lazio, so I've got faith in him if called upon, if he can do it in that game then he should be fine most games.
We ain't signing another LB until one of Boli or Taylor leaves

You seriously using a few games last season as the basis of your argument? The last 10 years show Brown has been and still is monumental for us. Probably the only one who got anywhere near pass marks v the Huns, I’d be dropping others way before Brown.
