Sesame Peeling Line (Salt and water method)

Lets look the process;
1-Sesame is soaked in soaked water tank/pool
2-Sesame is peeled in peeling machine
3- Sesame and shell are separated in salted water tanks.
3.1- Sesame transfer is made by transfer robot. (Operator controller or PLC control system )
4- Hulled Seeds are washed 2 or 3 times in water tanks.
5- Seeds are dried in centrafuge machine.
