I love the old couple in front of the posters. I am a beginner photographer. Can you please comment briefly on what kind of exposure settings you use to get that lovely contrast between light and shadow? I am having trouble understanding how to expose for these kinds of scenes.
Thanks! Yeah, of course. I typically use aperture priority while shooting, so I choose an aperture and then let the camera automatically set the shutter speed and ISO. The way the camera sets those values are based on my photometry setting, which I had "multi", it makes the camera to look at the whole scene and adjust the values to set a balanced exposure for the whole scene. So all in all, the camera itself helped a lot with it!
