Mundu murume (male) muthuri is an older man or even young it means a married man. Also a (female) ni mundu muka or as Wakurinu say "mundu wa nja". Mutumia is an older female or someone's wife. When you say wife of we say "muka wa" and husbund of is "murume wa". You could also use "mutumia wa" or "muthuri wa". Check even with the closer languages to Kikuyu same words are used and no issue at all.
