It's been an honor to have known Khabib Nurmagomedov since 2018 and to have been blessed with the responsibility to share his story with the world. Along that journey, I was able to develop friendships and relationships with his whole team including the legend himself Daniel Cormier, who is one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time. So when I got the call to document them both on their biggest day, words couldn't describe it. I have witness Khabib win his title, travel to dagestan, abu dhabi, Uzbekistan and now inducted into the Hall of Fame. What an honor.

there will never be another duo, another partnership, another brotherhood like Khabib and DC ever again in the ufc...and to think they both were inducted into the hall of fame on the same night. Khabib and DC is probably the most unique friendship between two athletes in pro sports. Two guys from different parts of the world, both trained together and helped each other and they both ended up becoming legendary Champs and now both Hall of Famers.

Khabib is a man of God and his people. A true leader and good man.
DC is also a good person. They both make such a great friendship. I like how DC isn’t even trying to help Khabib with his English, but Khabib is just casually learning English just by being friends with DC. It’s pretty wholesome to watch their friendship.

It’s amazing and sad at the same time. Thinking back on all the fights and great moments during both of their careers to them Being inducted into the HOF is amazing. The realization that we won’t ever get to witness them fight again is sad. Thank you for giving us behind the scenes of these guys lives and showing us the great people they truly are. Give fighters their flowers while they are doing it because one day you’ll lose the opportunity. Thanks you again. AOF is EASILY one of the best channels in combat sports.

This Blessing Is A Lesson For the World ☝🏾🫡🤲🏾🤟🏾🖤😂😲🤣
You’ve heard of so many fighters in the past pretend to retire and say it with a bold face all the while knowing they’re gonna come back when the money pile gets big enough, you saw it with floyed, khan, Henry, more recently fury, and literally hundreds more in history but this guy when he says he retired because his mum goes through too much when he fights especially without his dads guidance you know he means it. Really stop and think how rare it is in todays world for a young guy to walk always from fame glory money women just to be a man of his word and keep a promise to his mum. The best form of dawah is to be an examples of goodness, I truly pray god protects and maintains him. And DC too, the husband he is to his wife, the father he is to his children. Time after time these young fighters throw disrespectful shade at him and he’s able to handle it in the most professional and humble way. The two of them really bring the best out in eachother. I hope to see their partnership flourish in a new group of future champs at AKA. Not that either of them are gonna read this comment but congrats to the the both of you, you truly inspire me and millions of other people to work hard and be decent and respectful human being.
