    Chicken kepsa rice or kabsa rice is very unique recipe and easy to make and taste awesome. there are many different ways to make kepsa rice and this is one of it we hope you enjoy this video.
    Ingredients
    Prep time 10 Min
    Cooking time 25 - 30 Min
    Serve 4 -5
    kepsa masala
    1/2 tbsp black pepper
    10 -12 green cardamom
    6-7 clove
    1 1/2 Cinnamon
    1 mace
    2 black cardamom
    1/4 tsp saffron
    grind it to make fine powder
    your kepsa masala is ready
    chicken Marination
    season whole chicken with pinch of salt
    Chicken 1 kg
    1/4 Cup Ghee
    4 -5 Tbsp oil
    1 inch Cinnamon
    3 bay leaf
    5-6 black peppercorn
    3 clove
    1/2 mace
    2 long pepper
    2 -3 green cardamom
    1 black cardamom
    3-4 large onion sliced or chopped
    1 cup tomato puree
    1.5 tbsp Spicy red chilli powder
    1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    salt to taste
    10 -15 raisins
    3 cup soaked basmati rice
    one cup almonds and cashew ghee fried
    1 cup fried onion
    1/2 tsp saffron
    second chicken Marination
    2 tbsp curd
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tsp Spicy red chilli powder
    1tsp kepsa masala
    salt to taste
    Process
    For Chicken Pulao
    In a handi, add ghee, oil, once it's hot, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black peppercorns green cardamom black cardamom mace long pepper and let it splutter.
    Add onion and saute it for 3-4 minutes until golden in color.
    Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, degi red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute it for a minute.
    Add tomato puree, salt to taste and cook it well for a while.
    Add marinated chicken and mix it well.
    Cover it with a lid and cook it for a while until half cooked.
    Add water and simmer it well.
    Transfer the cooked chicken in a tray and keep it aside for further use.
    Add raisins, soaked basmati, prepared masala, cover it with a lid and cook it for a while until cooked well.
    Finish it with some remaining chicken oil, and mix it well.
    Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with almond cashew fried onion
    Serve hot with seared chicken .
