Per il primo video 2020 ci troviamo vicino ad Alessandria ospiti dell'azienda agricola f.lli Bisio di Castelceriolo (AL).
In un appezzamento precedentemente coltivato a pomodori vediamo al lavoro un Case-Ih Optum 270 CVX con un drenatore a tre ancore ER.MO Blader che raggiunge una profondità di lavoro di oltre 60 cm.
Il passaggio successivo è l'erpicatura per la preparazione del letto di semina e viene effettuata con un Case-Ih Puma 210 CVX, con ruote posteriori gemellate, abbinato ad un erpice rotante Feraboli Duplo XXLarge da 5 metri.

Pretty work, but I am wandering if it is overkill. What crop are you planting? How often are you ripping land? Many farms in the USA are using GPS to rip and work seed bed in narrow bed just under plant. Stay safe and best of luck with this years crop.

Wieviele Neue Zapfwellenkuplungen hat der 210 schon bekommen?? Der Fahrer würde bei mir nicht lange fahren!
Meistens liegt das Problem nicht mal am Fahrer, sondern an der fehlerhaften Einschulung. Früher musste man sich über- wie diese Fehler nicht mehr kümmern, da würde noch mitgefahren, Erfahrungen ausgetauscht und nach dem Fahrwechsel wurde unter Beobachtung so und ähnliche wichtigen Dinge beseitigt. Der große Vorteil wäre auch an dem Vorhandensein der Verantwortung, von dem Menschen die hinter dem Steuer saßen.

This might be a stupid question but what is the purpose of the blader and cause it sounds like the tractor is forcing lol
Franco 3:16 the implement being showcased is called a subsoiler. It breaks up the compacted soil three feet below the ground. This allows water to move more freely within the soil, in turn allows the roots from the crops to grow deeper thus getting more trapped nutrients from the soil. Also, the subsoiler allows the fields to drain better so as to not cause root rot.
I have never seen a root grown down 2 feet. This is purely for drainage purposes
Aaron Bye alfalfa rots down as much as twenty feet. These guys could be planting vines, olives, or any number of crops that root deeper than two feet.

How often do you guys use that power harrow (I think that is what that is) and do you find that it leaves you with the best seedbed? I enjoyed the video! Thank you for making it :)
It’s a sub soiler, it improves drainage and breaks hard pan from compaction

That tractor is nowhere near big enough. That tractor will end up with a completely ruined drive train and a massive fuel bill
Next time in town, check out some dual tyres.

Bellissimo esempio di come slivellare un terreno ( quando si usa un ripuntatore NON si deve usare lo sforzo controllato del sollevatore ) sù e giù con il sollevatore = buche e dossi nel terreno , complimenti per la " SGUGIOLADA " Se notate , nel video si vede benissimo l'erpice rotante che a mala pena riesce a coprire gli avvallamenti creati dall'incompetente ripuntatore questa è AGRICOLTURA 0.0
When the tractor pulls that deep digger, do the tires wear out fast?
Not really because they pull on soft ground so the dirt spreads between the threads. It would wear out if they were doing it on concrete ground or pavement

si ok bella macchina ed bella lavorazione, ma quando devi fare un lavoro "straordinario" perché questo è scasso/ mezzo scasso, non conviene prendere un bel cingolato tipo dal caterpillar d6 in su ? secondo me si perché consumi sicuramente di meno non consumi le ruote( perché quando bravo puoi essere sia nel settaggio dello sforzo controllato sia del operatore le ruote un minimo sflittano) ed sopratutto ad quella profondità vai più veloce ad mio parere per questi lavori i cingoli sono cingoli. comunque bel video!

Seems like the roles were reversed? The tractor with the ripper had the power but not the traction. The one with the tiller had the traction but maybe not the power?

Una passata veloce con una dischiera ERMO da 5 metri, trainata dal 210 del video, era umido durante la raccolta e bisognava chiudere le carreggiate. Grande gabry! 🔝

Der Case Optum 270 müsste mindestens 2000 Kg mehr Belastungs Gewichte aufnehmen, das er die Reifen noch mehr aufpumpen könnte. 🤔
