Nothing's hurting me, I just like to listen to relaxing music.
I have ADHD and struggle with executive function, every time I need to get off my phone and tidy my room, I play this on my laptop. It has some strange enchanting power to allow me to tidy my room and enjoy doing it. I think its because the melody repeats without feeling repetitive.

I heard something yesterday that changed my heart. Someone said that there are no good or bad people in the world. Everyone is capable of doing harm or bringing light. We all reside somewhere on the spectrum of love and fear and it constantly fluctuates. I think there is alot of fear in this world right now. People make choices based on that fear, and it is the opposite of love. Hate, anger, opposition to new ideas, all of these things come from fear. Fear of change, fear of growth. When we let this fear keep us from growing, we also dont allow others room to grow. Being open minded doesn't have to mean agreeing or even understanding, it just means allowing growth and learning of ourselves and others. Honesty and self awareness is the key to all of it. If you're feeling hurt or scared by other's actions, really take the time to listen and try to understand how they reached that point. If anyone would like to have more help with this topuc, I HIGHLY suggest listening to the Ric Ruben interview on the Jay Shetty podcast. He is a brilliantly creative and insightful thinker who has helped me as a person and an artist. ❤

This is the kind of music in the relaxing music genre I've been wanting to find. For some reason, a lot of ambient or lofi music that are supposed to be relaxing seemed really loud, rough, and even.. "dry", in my ears.

Lofi music is like a time machine, taking me back to cherished memories and creating new ones. Its vintage sound and soulful melodies evoke a sense of nostalgia and comfort.
One of the best jobs I ever had was my first job at a movie theater. I eventually got promoted and worked the night shift as a manager. The last 2 hours of my shift (12am-2am) were spent tallying up and counting the profit for the day and handling funds within the safe. I always closed with one other manager who happened to become a really great friend. Most nights while counting money we'd listen to Lofi music or disney movie soundtracks lol. Good times, I miss those days

@LofiJazzVibe Theater got shut down due to covid. By the time it reopened, most of my friends had quit and I went through a really bad break up with a girl I dated that worked there too. Didn't see much reason to stay so I moved on to walmart and have worked there for the last 3 years. I've pretty much hated every single day of those 3 years but money is money. For those who truly are gifted with a job they love, even one that doesn't last forever, enjoy every second of it

Stumbled on this rare gem for my journaling and Bible studying, and for sleeping. There are so many benefits to this work of art between the gentle and tranquil sounds of soft almost ethereal music along with the beautiful direct chirping of birds; some echoing in the background. I feel still yet at the same time, I feel almost as though I’m walking around slowly during an early spring mid morning outside my cabin off grid from anywhere close to civilization before a beautifully lush rainstorm moves in. Capturing the art from God of His perfection. Everyone here is happy. Everyone here is embraced by what nature has to offer. Enough time to fetch fresh herbs and berries for a delicious cup of hot herbal tea to sip on whilst the windows inside that precious cabin open allowing the intoxicatingly earthy smell of rain fills the home, paired with the lovely deep rumbles of rolling thunder and yet, the birds still happily chirp away perched in the trees also joining in on watching this healing rain storm until it subsides ❤

I usually listen to music at work, and I typically nd the day pretty stressed. While working, I feel this sense of urgency and get headaches from too much loud music. Today, I decided I wanted to listen to something more peaceful and my workflow is easier, I'm getting more done, I'm slowing down, and enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature. This will be what I listen to for now on to welcome rest and ease into my office job. Thank you!
