im thinking of all the possibilities fr. having a duplex connected by a cute little bridge between two bedrooms, a little childhood friends moment ?? a gang headquarters that rents cheap to orphans and homeless teens ? an attached home for your sims grandparents and a carer 🙏🏽 neighbors enemies to lovers or academic rivals to work rivals to power couple, i am running over with ideas for this one

That first half of the (DelSolValley) duplex doesn't remind me of a band-man. It reminds me of a 40+ year old bachelor whose baby boomer/1945-1965 (or SilentGeneration 1930-1945) parents never taught him to cook/clean because they thought that he was just going to get married and his wife would do all of the "womens work" for him. So all dude eats is take-out and never does his own laundry or tidies anything up. My uncle was like that, and that duplex is waaayyy neater than his apartment ever was. Yeah, the other half does look like "snow-birds" might live there.

I love the Tartosa build, but I don't have the wedding pack. The NY Street was fabulous too. Generally speaking, (like NY streets and other similar locations in Europe) the stores and commercial area would be on the bottom floor and the apartments etc would be on the upper floors. You would never put a Starbucks on the 4th floor, the tenants underneath 2nd/3rd floors would have a conniption fit about all the noise etc. There are likely ordinances and regulations about mixed use lots. Sky scrapers are different because of elevators and not shared hallways and stairs would be used to get around.

GiuliaBuilds-Giulia is the Italian version of Julia and pronounced the same way. I am not excited to build because I suck at it and don't have the patience to "keep trying".. I hate CAS too for the same reason, but these are awesome builds even if I would never use most of them. Too modern (most) for my taste, but yeah, sooo many talented builders.
