The rock in the bible is Christ. I believe when Jacob layed his head on Christ he opened the connection between heaven and earth.

Jacob definitely reaped a little of what he sowed when it came to deception..... Laban was repayment, a lesson from the Father

It was once called the Great Commission Bible Institute in Sebring, FL, but I’m not sure if it still is.

But wouldn’t his preference for one wife cause jealousy in the other, which is also a sin?
I can’t imagine that Jacob would refuse relations from Leah even after he married Rachel. She would have eventually become pregnant.

Jacob's two marriage is a picture of Christ who first came for Israel his first love but was rejected and the church came in.
He worked seven years for his true love his first coming john the Baptist three and half year ministry then Jesus three and half year ministry only to be rejected. So in the end times the last seven years to work another seven years to gain his first love Israel.

Here is the story of Jacob and Esau, with Esau the Prodigal sun yet
    to play itself out.
The first incident of one being “Jewed” is when Esau offered his
birthright for red Yentils. Jacob took the bait … The birthright
was not Esau’s to give up! What did Jacob then do? He: coveted his
brother’s birthright, bore false witness then stole it! Ever wonder
why the diaspora and why the Israelites are being hammered? The elder
has yet to serve the younger!
At the 12th Century CE Esau, who became Edom at Genesis
36:2, changed its spots to “Iewe” and by 1611 “Jewe”.
