Ive been looking into buying this tool as there's no reviews or other channels using this tool is making me think it's not very good I've not found anything on this tool apart from companies selling these products. 90% of my tools I purchased because I could see others using them on youtube which is a good way to see what's it's like before I make my mind up.

So sad I bought this device to do VW BMW and mercedes but all failed waste my money
You need to buy x prog 3 for your launch diagnostic..Google that is about 500€
waist of money. dont work as they want you to belive
this tool is no good it do not read out security code by it self. I tryied my three wv cars and it did not work on any of them waist of money
I was able to read all 9 of the sku numbers form the vw's I tried from 2006-2016. Are you reading the eeprom from the cluster?
Hes probably trying to do it online like in video but no tool supports that anymore. I have this tool mine came with pogo pin for insturment can. Have you got to do that yet? Or did u read from eeprom chip? @TinoR626
