For some reason i was thinking you were using the new pond to raise the snails 😊. I know nothing about them, so I will look forward to seeing how you do it 😊. I have noticed that slowly but surely you are turning your land into a self supporting long term farm which takes less work and good planning, which is smart. There is an old saying " work smarter, not harder" that my Dad always told us. 😊 Sending blessings from the USA ❤

Flipping the foilag, helps the inderfside get dry. I had done that in my childhood gatdens. Not too many of us who remember this. It kills all of the roots which will not grow where you spread it. Thanks for the reminder.
Also, when you turn the soil with the machine and leave the stalks ground up, you are leaving nutrients to reyurn to the soil.
It also seems you are rotating the vegetables and fruit to other parts of land.
You remind me of the Inca people who did the same thing. Nourished the land.
