Can you make a video on the sun and skin aging, i see that now days they claim 90% of skin aging is due to sun damage, but i know people who had no wrinkles at 80 years old and have spent most of their lives working in the sun (my grandpa)

My opinion, if u get ur diet right u should tolerate the sun all day. The month i started eating raw eggs for breakfast i could stay in the sun for hours and hours but before i couldnt even stay for 10 minutes its like i had an allergy

Both the welsh and the scots are good and honourable people and had a history of rebellion against the brits just like the irish.

Gatis I'm an incel who is almost 20, I have basically never had interactions with females my age throughout my teenage years partly cause I've avoided going to school as much as possible, and when I've gone to school my extreme social anxiety has prevented me from talking to females, I also have speech impediment. In terms of looks even do I have always liked to consider myself ugly I'm probably a 6 or 7/10. I have never asked a girl out or gone on a dating site. Got any advice?

My facial skin is kinda bad, red dots that I've had for years (not acne, I think it's simply scars cause my body is very bad at healing cause of hemophilia).
I've been told I look like Leonardo DiCaprio in gangs of New York, which is weirdly accurate. my Eyes, eye brows, nose, lips, hair, and facial structure look very similar. Look up a picture of him in that movie.

I have found that my remission for major depressive disorder was due to finding a community of supportive individuals with similar interests /goals, introducing the paleo diet (that’s the simple term for it, I don’t follow exactly), reducing my intake of dead internet, and going on walks with trees and birds around me 3x a week. Just implementing one or two of these things will improve your symptoms from my anecdotal evidence.

The endorphins are produced an hour within the working out but mostly afterwards and that's because your body believes that you're in danger/being tortured. Afterwards it rewards you for escaping.

I was debating with a friend if running is good for human or not, of course I was telling him that it is really uncomfortable so it isn’t, however he made a pretty good point on the fact that humans are the only species capable of running long distances because we are able to sweat, and maybe that was the reason that made humans so good at hunting, considering long hunts.

@@_leonfischer_ We sweat to detox and to cool down. Obviously it won't help in 30+ degrees, especially when it's sunny. You will collapse within 10 minutes of running. What you can tell your friend next time is that there's no roads or flat surfaces without plants in nature. People tend to forget that.

Exactly Correct. Thankfully this is now "changing" and XX's are becoming the real workhorses. It's about time. Although it's true that M3n can handle a marginally higher level of stress than XX's, it doesn't mean we should be working like slaves for 8-12 hours per day doing dogwork. The short life expectency of so many M3n along with rapid aging and the body breaking down in a Man's 30's with working that way, is a warning sign by the body that working that hard and that much is completely unnatural.

Kind of depends on the age and temperament of the child(ren). And producing milk every two hours for the first few months - every four hours after that, then for comfort for a couple of years does mean being awake and then there’s the emotional side of being the one teaching them to be a good stable human.

Goatis, you said "bacon very good", I digress. Have you looked up what goes into the creation of bacon these days? Like most processed meat(aside from burger patties/minced meat) they use sodium nitrate, which has been proven in studies to cause cancer, especially if you heat it, so heating bacon, ham, salami, basically anything processed is increasing your risk of cancer. Not that it matters much for that guy, cause he will probably die because of his work out routine before any cancer will be able to take his life...
