5:54 A good tip if you recreate another giant mozzarella stick is you could melt the end of the cheese with a blowtorch then bind the two cheese sticks together then letting it cool it the fridge or freezer so you won’t have some possible splinter in your body.

quick tip!! always put a paper towel/towel of water near you when doing anything involving onions! I don't know the science behind it, but it helps 100%. You should really try it out.
(The paper towel absorbs the juices of the onions while you chop, which is why that helps, since the juices are the parts that make you cry :D)
