I don't really have much to compare it to tbh, but, that first bit of road is incredibly bumpy and it really soaked them up well, when I went back down it on the harley to go home I was bouncing out of my seat!
I looked at a new 2016 for $12,000 U.S. That is an excellent value at that price. Givi offers a taller windscreen which I would get.

The 1200 explorer has the 3 Windows on the dash you will find. This is definitely a 2017 800 model. I've got the same bike
