You still have to maintain the exemption status of 508 making plain that you are exempt from the filing status and scrutiny of the 501. Yes they are similar but your over simplification is a bit misleading because it is so vague. I really liked the first portion that was awesome the conclusion is weak. The 508 exemption is in the code/law for e reason please help people understand what that is.
