You can apply for a Visitor Record to legally maintain your status in Canada. This helps you convert from a student or worker status to a visitor, giving you time to explore your options.
❗ Important Reminders:
Visitor Visa Stamp ≠ Visitor Record: A multiple-entry visa stamp in your passport doesn't authorize extended stays beyond the initially permitted period. As a visitor, you're generally allowed to stay for six months.
Super Visa Holders: You can stay up to five years if authorized by CBSA. Always check your passport stamp upon entry to verify your allowed stay period.
