- At MTSU we have a student led broadcast team called Media Arts Productions that regularly gets hired for shows. This one was a broadcast we produced for ESPN +. I took my go pro and filmed behind the scenes. I am the TD running the switcher on the bottom, Ryan Tyler is in the middle serving as director and Keven Kenkels is on the top serving as producer. You will hear program audio as well as the directors track of us running the show.

Wow! I'm amazed. Beautiful execution. So stressfully artistic. Love it, great job, broadcasting needs more recognition.
There is definitely a lot more work that goes into a broadcast that the average person at home watching doesn't realize
@@leviunderwood6194 Absolutely! I love to see it!..Im actually a composer who's music gets used by NBA TV, TNT Networks, etc.
That takes lots of work and focus, but I can hardly imagine how much more of that it takes to do this!
This is a great video to show people the level you need to be at when doing a production Ryan the director is very good and clear with what he wants great job everyone !
A great resource for me trying to build a small live video production. Thanks for this!
Zack Fogle Zach I am glad you got some help out of the video. I had a lot of fun making it
This is so interesting! Thank you for uploading.
Chase Carlson thank you Chase for watching and enjoying the video. Our truck isn’t the quite as nice as CBS will have in a game of a very popular and good team with like Kentucky or Duke playing, but this can still give a behind the scenes look for a fan
incredible execution, very impressed. I am the program director for Friday Night Lights New Hampshire (FNLNH MEDIA on CZcams) and this has given me plenty of ideas of how to add more professionalism to our broadcast. Thank You!
Loved this. So cool to see these as I've always wondered how it came together.
I love watching you guys work. Artistry.
This is an AWESOME bts! Thank you for sharing!
I'd love to see one with you all in frame as well as the multiview and the final output
Wow. That's amazing and underrated.
Would've loved to see the multiview
Same!
Hey Levi, this is awesome behind the scenes insight! Great work by you and the MTSU E+ crew.
Love stuff like this!
I love this
Enjoyed this; were there 6 manned cameras, with Cam 5 and Cam 6 being 'slash type/coach-bench' cams?...in the 2nd half, I think they didn't realize that the first media break was coach-called (14:41 gm time), then, shortly after that break's rejoin, came the regular
No room for error, everything is different when it's live
That Alex Myers guy is REALLY good!!!
ilove this
Hey, great video, super slick teamwork! I'm a live director here in the UK and really want a lightweight single-ear headset like your director is wearing. Do you have any idea of the brand and/or model? Thanks!
I love the word serve because I also serve as Director at my church
Levi - great view - what equipment is used in the production? Is that provided by the school?
Didn't even realize until 16:53 that there were other people in the room.
graphics and replay
nice good job everyone
What intercom systems are you using? I’ve seen the interfaces in many production trucks but I have no idea who the brand is
Looks like it is RTS: rtsintercoms.com/
@@Cdudesproductions Thanks Casey
me too,
My one takeaway from this is *JACK JACK!*
You did fine tding, your director on the other hand needs to be more specific with his cues and more decisive, imo.
