    "A radiograph is performed using 40 mAs, 80 kVp with a 100 cm SID receptor distance, a 40 cm object-to-image receptor distance, and a 2 mm focal spot. The magnification factor: I found MF = 1.66. Thank you so much.

    Hey, what if you are going from a 5:1 grid to an 8:1? what would happen to the kVp

      Hi, I'm just now seeing this comment! Sorry for the delay. The formula is New GF / Old GF so 4/2. Basically, multiply the mAs times 2.

    What formula should I use when the question says theres an increase or decrease on kVp but what theyre looking for is seconds.

    What formula would I use to solve this problem “If the exposure at 2m =18 R/min, what is the exposure at 6m from source?” Answer choices are A.162R B.54R C.2R D.6R

      Can i ask for the formula of this too?
      A radiographic exposure of the pelvis was taken at a distance of 40" using 25mAs and had an exposure of 100 mR. What would be the exposure be at a distance of 65"?
