Falz Angel. This sucker is the embodiment of a bullet hell battle. Nearly all of his attacks are projectile-based, and are somewhat telegraphed. I had fun tearing him open as a Bouncer with Photon Blade Frenzy active.
is this the endboss of the game?

Not exactly. This is Loser's Falz Hunar. The fight where this BGM takes place is the end of a LONG and satisfying Story Mission, though.
okay thx for the info i will try this game out next year when it comes to europe , ive only played the universe and the first phanatsy star online game from the series

Hate to burst your bubble, but the chances of news about it coming to the US, never mind europe, are slim at best. Your best bet is to try the japanese version. There's a community that's translated a massive amount of the game, already, and made a custom launcher that can apply all of the patches, too. You should look it up.
