I’ve watched a few of your videos now and am just so loving your calm process. The concept of sewing “whatever” is very much my thing. I tried sewing for and chasing $ to pay for a rented sewing space, but that was not good!! Made me kind of hate sewing! So switched gears for 2023. Sew what inspires me. And then I found your videos! Meant to be. I’m curious about so many things, but… I am intrigued by your snips! I found some on Amazon, but I want the sharp good quality kind. Are you willing to share what the brand is of yours?

wow. I never thought to use tex 70 in my bobbin. I always thought my industrial would prefer a lighter thread. I tend to do tex 70 on top but tex 45 in bobbin. Do you think using two different weights affects the strength or integrity of the stitches?
Honestly not sure! If it works for you why not.

Is this the same size, that is 8.5 inches wide or did you make the front and back smaller also? I know the gusset is smaller and there is no flap. Is that correct?
It is the same size otherwise!
Is your foot (feet), smaller than the stock one? They look stubbier from front to back than mine do. Getting close to zippers on gussets is always a problem. I find the foot is too wide to do 3/8" seam on a zipper.
Do you or anyone else have a coupon code for the NCW? I think I am going to sew along with you and others once home on New Years Day and I would like to go ahead and grab the pattern, cut, interface, mark, snip, 1 of 2 DST, & all done before then to save on time. I should probably look to make sure I don't have it. I have purchased the same patterns multiple times more than I probably even know. How do you keep a list all of yours available handy or suggest I could keep a list?? It's overwhelming when I have so many different types of things/categories of sewing I do; pouches, accessories and bags, quilts and blankets, garment and costumes.
