If it hasn't been patched yet, I recall on Practice tool that Kat's ult actually stacks on top of each other. For example, in practice tool when you turn off cd, you can stack the ults on top of each each, Ult > Ult. Most I've tried is twice since 3x seems unlikely to pull off lol But with this bug maybe you can stack more atm.
The only caveat is that you can't move or use any other skill, but seems fun enough. xD

Getting banned for using a bug is kinda dumb. If something is in the game, you should be able to use it. Crazy idea, but maybe if a developer doesn't want something to be abused, they should just fix it? Riot can't fix bugs though, so they just resort to banning people. Pretty cringe imo.
