Congrats to you new Manual shift Truck, love it👍🤟 If this thing idles it will drink more than 5 of us can drink in time🍻
Just looking at it, it burns fuel LOL. Thanks for the comment 👍🍻
A case of my favorite Canadian Beer in the front. Wish we could get it this way. Kokanee 🍺
Another great video Jimmy. I always chuckle when you talk about just popping this off...just replacing that with a little swearing!..
Haha, thanks Craig 👍🍻
Just got a similar setup but a '90 Bricknose extended cab 460/5 Speed. Considering a carburetor swap to ditch the EFI, that or ditch the "Cobra head"upper plenum for the ...gag Holley😣 setup from 460EFIGUYS. I would definitely prefer a good dual plane intake and run my Predator carburetor on it. I may save that for my 351Windsor or 300I6 bullnose truck though... Decisions 🤨. I only got the '90 for the extended cab and the ZF5 and the Dana 50 TTB
Heard seagull tastes like spotted owl if grilled properly! That fold down rear bench also makes room for a whole lot of Old Milwaukee! 😂
Hehe, yep nothing like a spotted owl on a rotisserie 🤣🍻
Nice truck. We had one on the farm when I was a kid. Common in Louisiana.
Thank you very much! 👍🍻
What a beast :)
It is, love it! Thank you for the comment 🍻
Good video the fires up northwest ontario are still burning away got family in Southern ontario its been hot and real dry there too
Hey Steve thanks for the comment. Yeah crazy dry all aver the country
@@JimmyMeatwhistle it sure is September supposed to be cool right off the bat hopefully them fires will calm down a bit
oh yea, a mans truck, 460 cubes and 4 on the floor. i run my tire pressure at abot 50 rather than 90, get a little better ride, but you need to pump them up if you load her up. good luck with the truck.
Hi Ned and thanks for the comment. Yes, it's quite the beast! I'm happy with this thing so far. This thing will take some serious weight. Yeah the tire pressure thing definitely is needed LOL
Oh-oh! Here we go again! Actually it does look way better than the other ones, so hopefully it works well with the camper on it.
Hehe, yup 0 holes in this one and it also stops 🤣
@@JimmyMeatwhistle stopping is good! And bonus that you don't have much of a rust issue. Hopefully the gas tank issue is quickly resolved, and you get the proper sized one.
Can you buy them there Kokanee tools at Home Depot…..or Lowe’s🤣
I drive a 3/4 ton Dodge and it rides like a buckboard empty. I put an Alaskan in it and never took it out.
Great info Herold and thanks for the comment👍
Good find. We are rolling a 98 3/4 Ton and love it. Heading out west in about week from Northern Ontario. Would love to see your set up over a beer or 3.
Thank you! Your truck sounds awesome. Are you heading out to the Rockies?
@@JimmyMeatwhistle yep heading out in about a week. Lake Superior for a couple of days then the flats. Fernie for a bit then Nelson. Any recommendations would be fab
Sounds like a great trip! If you're coming along the trans-canada make sure you drop down onto the Cowboy Trail (hwy 22 south) and go south on that instead of Highway 2. Go through Black diamond and then on to Longview. When in Longview stop into the Longview Jerky Shop it's at the end of town, you can't miss it, best jerky on the planet. Follow the cowboy Trail all the way down to your destination. Gorgeous scenery rolling through the porcupine Hills and so on. It will blow your mind. Epic fly fishing in there too 👍. It's beautiful scenery, 1000 times better than Highway 2. Make sure to stop in and check out Frank's slide in the Crowsnest pass 👍🍻
Friend was in Fernie a few days ago and it was pretty smoked out from the forest fires. Also they're not real friendly with out-of-province plates at the moment but hopefully that will change by the time you get there.
@@JimmyMeatwhistle awesome insider info. I will check out those areas and the jerky place for sure. No very friendly Canadians eh! I only get punchy if someone's in my face💯. If your ever along hwy 17 and the North Channel of Huron Send me a message. We have lots of room along the shores for your camper
@@perrygauthier1174 👍🍻
Those are hard to find. Nice rig bud. Drinking some Blanton's and getting ready for early goose season in a few days.
Good luck out there buddy. Bow season starts in a couple days here for Elk, deer and moose and anything else I can put in the oven 😁
@@JimmyMeatwhistle I hope you do some update videos on the hunt's. Knifes you use and some field to table shots or vids. Wild game is what you want to eat. The best. Do you eat the heart and liver?
I eat the whole bloody thing LOL 👍 yes I'll see if I can get some of that video action going for sure this season
Would love to know the final mpg when you get the camper on. What a beast.
Hi and thanks for the comment. Yes I'm looking forward to that as well, although a little nervous 🤣. It seems to do really well on the highway and I believe that's because of the 3.55 gear ratio this truck has👍
@@JimmyMeatwhistle sweet setup! Did the 3.55s come from the factory?
Yes, I checked the vin. 👍
Look, I don't mean to make light of this video but I have two, I repeat two, brick nose ford trucks. You cant touch an 89 and a 91 f-250's... that I paid IN TOTAL $1200...
What happened to the Toyota?!!!!
A good friend of mine has it and he's working on the body 👍🍻
Damn, I was enjoying the videos on it. Does he have a CZcams channel or Instagram?
It's not gone anywhere, he's just doing a bunch of body work on it
@@JimmyMeatwhistle ah good to hear. I have a 92 that I love haha
