Hello, there are fewer large scientific studies on basil seeds, we suspect they are great, but I can't say as well as chia.
I have diabetis
I have been eating whole wheat bagels made with chia and flax seeds. The increaes in Fibre offsets the carbohydrates. Does adding the seeds change the bagel from a eat less to an eat daily food?
